Chapter Text
The two moons were shining brightly. Both of them radiate happiness and contentment at being together. It was a mesmerizing full moons night. The moons were glowing as if smiling at the people of the earth, showering them with merriment and their blessings so that everyone may get what is the most precious gift - to be loved unconditionally by someone.
A 17 years old boy is sitting in the backseat of his parent's car. His sister, 13 years old is sitting beside him. Their family had gone to a relative's place and is now returning back to their house. His father is a little drunk and his mother is cursing him for not being able to drive.
Meanwhile, the doe-eyed boy is just staring at the two moons hoping that maybe one day he would be able to escape this place and go away to a place that he can call home .
On the same night, Taehyung and his family are returning from a picnic. He is 19 years old and the only child of his parents. He is studying business and is in his 2nd year. He is one of the top students and thus most of his fees is paid by scholarship which he had gained after completing high school. His family is not particularly rich but they have a decent house and both his parents work to earn enough to provide for their dear son.
Taehyung is tired and already dozing off as his father is driving and his mother is listening to a soft melodious song playing in the car.
When they reach a wider road, the world goes silent. Too silent. The moons are forcefully covered by clouds as if the clouds do not want the moons to witness or stop the events of the near future.
Then at a point where two roads meet, a black car is seen. And suddenly Kim family's car loses control. Mr. Kim tries to steer the car away from the black car but the tires move on their own and towards the black car. He tries to press the break and removes his foot from acceleration but the car continues to speed towards the black one. No way can this happen. But as if driven by and ordered by a Greater Power, the car continues to rush towards its end.
Mr. And Mrs. Kim quickly glance towards the boy sleeping in the back seat. And towards each other. Maybe they understood that nothing can stop their end now. So they closed their eyes. But even in destruction, there is always a little hope. Maybe that was the reason why Mr. Kim was pressing the break with so much force.
The fate, however, is ineludible. And the Ultimate Power is cruel. So with a blaring sound, the two cars crashed.
Only within seconds, the black car combusted into flames.
The Kim parents became unconscious because of the crash. The boy on the backseat however opened his eyes to the most terrifying site a person can witness. His parents were covered in blood and before he could process anything more, their car caught fire. The windshield glass shattered into pieces.
And the sharp pieces of glass pierced through the boy's eyes. The pain that followed was hellish and mortifying. Taehyung lost consciousness and his parents and the two people inside the black car had long lost the battle between life and death.
As the clouds finally gave way to the moons, the moons saw the reason why they had been ambushed by their acquaintance - the cosmos had plotted their Taehyung's demise.
That night the moons disappeared. Vanished in thin air. The night was filled with darkness. Two males were seen near Kim's car. They carried the unconscious boy out of the burning car. No fire or spark affected them as the shorter one took taehyung in his hold. He held the boy like a child and then the three vanished.
Taehyung was admitted to a hospital. Neither the doctors nor the staff knew how the boy reached there. All they remembered was that they had to treat the boy quickly and without asking for money.

After Two weeks
The moons were shining in the night sky. Though not as bright as earlier. They had returned after some time, on the same night, after assuring that Taehyung was safe.
On their return, Joon had received four new stars. With a heavy heart, he placed the stars among his Army of stars.
On this day, Kim Taehyung had finally regained consciousness. He tried to open his eyes but all he saw was darkness. "Mom" "Ap-appa" He tried to say but all that came out of his throat was a shrill tiny mumble.
He squinted his eyes. "MOM DAD" "MOM" he yelled and heard shuffling noises from nearby. He squinted his eyes again trying to see anything but not even a speck of light was visible. All he saw was blackness and a void of Nothingness ...
