The Fenton Portal has been obtained from Jackson and Madeline Fenton.

We aim to capture an ecto-entity to study its behavioral patterns.

Tuesday, May 16, 2007
2000 hrs

We have made progress in installing the Fenton Portal.

We aim to finish installing the portal.

Wednesday, May 17, 2007
2000 hrs

We have made progress in installing the Fenton Portal.

We aim to finish installing the portal.

Thursday, May 18, 2007
1200 hrs

We have successfully installed the portal. The capture team will enter it tomorrow.

We aim to begin searching for a stable ecto-entity to study.

Friday, May 19, 2007
2000 hrs

We have not yet obtained an ecto-entity. Two were captured, a biker pair seemingly from the eighties, however, they escaped from the capture team with the help of a shadow creature.

We aim to continue this search tomorrow.

Saturday, May 20, 2007
1731 hrs

The capture team came in contact with an armored ecto-entity. It destroyed much of their equipment. They were forced to retreat back into the living world.

We aim to repair the equipment in order to return to our search.

Sunday, May 21, 2007
1900 hrs

We have finished the repairs.

We aim to return to the ghost world tomorrow.

Monday, May 22, 2007
1121 hrs

We have successfully obtained an ecto-entity. The entity is small in both stature and build. It is wearing a hazmat suit with the hood up and the colours inverted, black safety goggles with neon green lenses, and a dark grey gas mask. The entity struggled against our holds and emitted a strange static sound. Agent L held down and restrained the entity while Agent B pulled down the collar of its hazmat suit and delivered a sedative to its neck. Once the sedative took effect, Agent B inserted a power blocking chip in the front left side of the entity’s neck. We then performed non-invasive tests on the entity. Afterwards we took the entity to its containment unit and waited for it to regain consciousness.

We aim to learn about the mannerisms and behaviors of ecto-entities through this entity.

Height: 163 CM, 5’4
Weight: 20.92 KG, 46.125 LB
Temperature: -5°C, 23°F
Seemingly male

0400 hrs

The entity, now referred to as Subject B14, regained consciousness. It showed signs of distress. It bashed its hands against the glass barrier and emitted a shrill high pitched buzzing sound. After about 20 minutes of doing this, it curled into the fetal position at the back of its containment unit and rocked back and forth. This strange behavior continued for approximately an hour and a half before the subject lost consciousness.

We aim to discover why the subject did this.

Wednesday, May 23, 2007
1600 hrs

The subject regained consciousness 8 hours and 24 minutes after seemingly falling asleep in the back of its containment unit. It paced back and forth in the middle of the unit for approximately three hours before walking to the front of its unit and waving at Agent F and Agent P. After getting their attention it emitted the same buzzing static sound, but much calmer this time. It appeared to become frustrated and attempted using crude hand gestures, appearing more and more frustrated as time passed. After 10 minutes of this it appeared to give up. Later we saw a wet spot in the far corner of the containment unit. We believe the subject relieved itself in that corner. Agent F cleaned up the mess and provided the subject with a portable toilet. He will take the responsibility of replacing and cleaning the portable toilet every day until a permanent one is installed.

We aim to install a permanent toilet in B14’s containment to avoid this happening again.

Thursday, May 24, 2007
2000 hrs

The subject spent the entire day mimicking sleep, pacing around the unit, and lying on the ground while emitting that strange static sound.

We aim to discover whether or not this is normal behavior.

Friday, May 25, 2007
2000 hrs

Just as it did yesterday, the subject also spent this day mimicking sleep, pacing around the unit, and lying on the ground while emitting the static sound.

We aim to discover whether or not this is normal behavior.

Saturday, May 26, 2007
2000 hrs

The subject repeated the actions of the past few days, but a new action was observed as well. The subject could be seen at the back of its unit curled into the fetal position and rocking back and forth while emitting a high pitched whine. Some of the scientists, such as Agent L, Agent B, and Agent H have made us aware that the sound may have been a way for the subject to manipulate others into helping it, as they felt unnatural amounts of pity towards the subject when hearing that sound.

We aim to train the agents to avoid being manipulated by the subject.

Sunday, May 27, 2007
1700 hrs

The subject spent most of the day mimicking sleep. When it was up, it’s body language made it appear groggy. When Agent F entered the containment unit to replace the portable toilet, the subject walked over to him. It started emitting the static sound and gesturing wildly almost as if it were yelling at him. Agent F tried to calm it, but it swatted his hands away and continued emitting the sound. It then collapsed unconscious. We performed some tests and concluded that the subject was dehydrated. We hooked it up to an IV administering fluids.

We aim to provide the subject with water in the future.

Monday, May 28, 2007
2000 hrs

The subject spent most of the day curled into a ball at the back of its unit. It drank the water we provided at one point, but then went back to its previous spot and position. Agent F was given an assignment, so Agent B was given the task of replacing the subject’s portable toilet. Before he replaced the toilet though, he approached the subject. Apparently the subject had been emitting a soft whine we could not hear outside of the containment unit. Agent B sat next to the subject and rubbed circles into its back. The subject leaned into the touch. Agent B describes what the subject did next as something akin to sobbing. The subject apparently started breathing, though shakily, and emitting hitching whines. Agent B suggests that the subject may be becoming depressed. This may explain its recent behavior.

We aim to provide the subject with enrichment in order to observe its behavior without obstacles such as this depression.

Tuesday, May 29, 2007
2000 hrs

Today we finished installing pipes in the ground and were able to install a permanent toilet in B14’s containment unit. We also decided to add a sink as well so the subject has access to drinking water. Agent F, Agent H, and Agent U were put in charge of this task. The subject seemed curious as to what they were doing and appeared to be trying to help at multiple intervals. It was seen handing tools to the agents when they needed them, and attempting to assist with lifting heavy objects. He was not very successful at helping lift the objects though, as he himself is very light, and without his powers, not very strong.

We also provided the subject with a mattress, pillows, blankets, a small bouncy ball, and a large yoga ball. Agent U has been given the task of changing the sheets and pillowcases once a week.

B14 seems to like the yoga ball. He has been seen flopping on top of it and falling off, and kicking it around the room. At one point, it kicked the yoga ball too hard and almost knocked down the sink.

We aim to build walls around the bathroom area to avoid this happening again.

Wednesday, May 30, 2007
2000 hrs

We have installed walls similar to bathroom stall walls and doors around B14’s bathroom area. It followed the Agents building the walls and door similar to when the sink and toilet were installed. It even wanted to hold one of the walls steady while Agent H installed it. B14 was making that strange static sound the entire time. We believe that this sound may be how ecto-entities communicate with each other.

After the agents installing the walls left, B14 seemed to become less active. It threw the small bouncy ball around, drank some water, then fell asleep on its mattress.

We aim to observe B14’s behaviors now that he is in a more enriched environment.

Thursday, May 31, 2007
2000 hrs

B14 has not moved much today. It has stayed on his mattress. In the first half of the day he was throwing the small ball and catching it, but after a while he dropped it and it rolled away. After his ball rolled away, he curled into the fetal position and remained like that the entire day.

We aim to discover the cause of this behavior.

Friday, June 1, 2007
2000 hrs

B14 walked to the front of his containment unit today during lunch break. He got the attention of Agent B, who was eating a sandwich, and then grabbed his stomach and pointed towards his mouth. Agent B entered the containment unit and handed B14 the sandwich out of curiosity. B14 took off his gas mask and ate the sandwich. This leads us to believe that he requires food.

We aim to provide B14 with food from now on.

Saturday, June 2, 2007
2000 hrs

B14 seemed to be growing bored of the toys we provided him with. So we gave him a plush kangaroo and a sketchbook, along with an eraser, a pencil sharpener, a few pencils, markers, pens, crayons, and colored pencils. Within a few minutes he was seen holding the plush kangaroo while drawing on a sheet of paper from the sketchbook. Agent P entered the containment unit to see what B14 had drawn. B14 enthusiastically showed Agent P the drawing. It was a green dog. Agent P suggests we introduce B14 to a dog.

We aim to observe B14’s behavior more to understand ecto-entities.

Sunday, June 3, 2007
2000 hrs

Agent P brought a dog into the lab today. When B14 saw the dog, he immediately ran over to the front of the containment unit to get a better look. He seemed excited. Agent U brought the dog into the containment unit and B14 immediately ran over to it. He pulled off his gloves and started petting it while making happy static sounds. He spent the entire day playing with the dog. He eventually fell asleep with the dog on top of his chest.

We aim to observe B14’s interactions with other animals.

Monday, June 4, 2007
2000 hrs

Today, a pigeon was brought into the lab. The pigeon was placed in B14’s containment unit. B14 picked up the pigeon and tapped it lightly on the beak with one finger. Later he was seen petting the pigeon and moving the pigeon’s body while it’s head stayed in one place. B14 made a warbling sound when this happened. Almost like a laugh. He was reluctant to give the pigeon to Agent U when they came to take it, but eventually gave Agent U the pigeon after hugging it.

We aim to observe B14’s interactions with other animals.

Tuesday, June 5, 2007
2000 hrs

Today, a guinea pig was brought into B14’s containment unit. He seemed to like the guinea pig a lot. He laid down on his mattress with the guinea pig and started petting it. When he saw that he was making the guinea pig cold, he wrapped it in one of his blankets and stepped away from it. When B14’s lunch was given to him, he gave his tomato to the guinea pig. Later, the guinea pig came out of the blanket B14 wrapped it in and started squeaking at B14. B14 responded by taking off his gloves and scratching the guinea pig on the head. Later, Agent U came and took the guinea pig away.

We aim to observe B14’s behavior to learn more about ecto-entities.

Wednesday, June 6, 2007
2000 hrs

B14 was a lot less active today. He slept most of the day and didn’t eat the dinner we provided for him. We believe he may be lonely. Agent H suggests we should capture another ecto-entity to keep B14 company. We have added another mattress for when we capture a companion for B14.

We aim to capture a suitable companion for B14.

Thursday, June 7, 2007
2000 hrs

The capture team was gone on a mission so agents H, U, P, F, and L entered the Fenton portal today with equipment from the capture team to capture a companion for B14 while Agent B stayed in the lab to watch B14. The agents that entered the portal captured an ecto-entity with green eyes, red hair styled up like horns and a human skin tone wearing a red pantsuit. We call this entity Subject B15. We inserted a power blocking chip and put this ecto-entity in B14’s containment unit. They seemed to get along, so we left B15 in the containment unit.

We aim to observe their interactions with each other.

Friday, June 7, 2007
2342 hrs

B15 has been removed from B14’s containment unit. She was found attacking B14 and making static sounds while B14 seemed to be crying and trying to escape from her grasp. B15 will be contained in a ‘Fenton Thermos’ until tomorrow.

We aim to pass her on to the containment team.

Saturday, June 8, 2007
2000 hrs

B14 has spent most of the day curled into the fetal position in the back left corner of his containment unit. He seems to still be shaken from last night’s events. Agent B entered the containment unit to comfort B14. Agent B says that B14 seemed to be crying. So he hugged B14 and rocked him back and forth. He also says that whatever B15 said to him seems to have hurt him badly. All agents on the behavior team except Agent B are planning on returning to the portal tomorrow.

We aim to find B14 a suitable companion.

Sunday, June 9, 2007
2000 hrs

Today, agents U, H, L, F, and P entered the portal again along with agents J, and M from the capture team in search of a companion for B14. Agent B stayed in the containment unit with B14 to comfort him. Agents O, and X from the capture team entered the lab without contacting anyone from the behavior team beforehand. This is strictly prohibited except in cases of emergency. B14 became stressed at seeing their ectoweaponry and Agent B had to force them out.

The other agents came back empty handed.

We aim to find B14 a suitable companion.

Monday, June 10, 2007
2000 hrs

Agents U, H, L, F, and P entered the portal again in search of an ecto-entity to keep B14 company while Agent B stayed with B14. B14 started drawing in his sketchbook again. This time, he drew what looked like Saturn.

The agents came back from the portal with an ecto-entity resembling a vampire. It is tall in stature and quite muscular with red eyes, blue skin, fangs, and long dark hair. It wears a white and red formal suit with a cape. We call this entity Subject B16. We chipped B16 before introducing it to B14. We observed the interactions between B14 and B16 much more carefully than with B15 as to prevent a similar situation from occurring. B16 seemed to pick up on B14’s distress and comforted him. Agent H will observe their behaviors overnight.

We aim to observe B14 and B16’s interactions to better understand ecto-entities.

Tuesday, June 11, 2007
2000 hrs

B14 has spent the entire day talking to B16 while drawing. They seem to be getting along well. B14 seems to have mostly recovered from the incident with B15. This could be due to B16 comforting him. B14 ate all of his meals, but B16 did not. It seemed displeased with the food offered and gave it to B14. Agent F will observe their behaviors tonight.

We aim to observe B14 and B16’s interactions to better understand ecto-entities.

Wednesday, June 12, 2007
2000 hrs

Today B14 moved his mattress close to the bathroom area. We were confused as to why he did this until he climbed up to the top of the bathroom walls and jumped, landing front first onto the mattress, then making a sound resembling giggling. B16 seemed to find this behavior amusing and watched as B14 did this again and again. Eventually, B14 became tired. He flopped onto the mattress and stayed there. He seemed to have a short conversation with B16 before seemingly groaning and moving his mattress back to its original spot. Later on he ate his dinner, grabbed his plush kangaroo, and fell asleep. Once he was asleep, B16 started drawing in the sketchbook with a pencil. Once the drawing was finished, he carefully tore it off the sketchbook, folded it up and put it in his pocket. None of the agents caught a glimpse of what it was. Agent B will observe their behaviors tonight.

We aim to provide B14 with more activities.

Thursday, June 13, 2007
2000 hrs

Agent F has provided five uninflated balloons, three jigsaw puzzles and a remote control car for the subjects. B14 seemed excited when he saw the toys. When Agent F brought the toys into the containment unit, B16 bared its teeth at him threateningly. B14 hesitated before walking over to Agent F and grabbing the toys. This behavior is strange as B14 is usually comfortable around members of the behavior team. B16 started putting together a 1000 piece puzzle as B14 drove the remote control car around. Multiple times, B14 would drive the car over B16’s puzzle, only for B16 to move the car and continue working. Later on, B14 blew up one of the balloons and started a game of don’t let the balloon touch the ground. A game which B16 refused to join in on. Afterwards, B14 ate his dinner and seemed to convince B16 to eat his too. Then they went to bed. Their mattresses were closer than the night before, but this could mean nothing. Agent P will observe their behaviors tonight.

We aim to continue observing their behaviors to better understand ecto-entities.

Friday, June 14, 2007
2000 hrs

B14 wrapped a blanket around him like a cape and started making exaggerated gestures while emitting the static buzzing sound. B16 appeared to be trying to look annoyed, but he failed to hide his amusement. We believe B14 May have been attempting to mock B16 by pretending to be him. This greatly amused the agents present. Afterwards, B14 picked up the inflated balloon and tried to get B16 to play a game with him. B16 seemed to be refusing to do so. Agent L entered the containment unit to play the game with B14, but B14 avoided Agent L. This concerned us because B14 was always willing to interact with the agents before. This behavior seemed to please B16, who led B14 away from Agent L. This may be for the best though, as if B14 develops emotional attachments with the agents, the data we collect could be flawed. No agents will observe the subject overnight, as B16 has been deemed not a threat to B14.

We aim to observe the subjects’ behaviors in a controlled environment to better understand ecto-entities.

Saturday, June 15, 2007
2000 hrs

At the beginning of the day, B14 was seen sleeping in a corner with his plush kangaroo. This behavior was strange. He stayed in that corner for most of the day. B16 attempted to communicate with him, but B14 did not reply. When B16 approached B14, B14 moved farther away from him. B14 acted wary and almost afraid of B16. Eventually B16 left B14 alone and worked on a new puzzle. B14 stayed in the corner the entire day. Agent L will stay close to the lab in case anything goes wrong between B16 and B14.

We aim to discover the cause of the conflict between B14 and B16.

Sunday, June 16, 2007
0121 hrs

A loud, high pitched screech was heard coming from the lab, so Agent L rushed in to see what was happening. B14 was on his mattress, naked and covered with bruises, bite marks, and scrapes. B16 was on top of him, pantsless, and forcing himself on B14, restraining B14’s arms above his head. B14 was clearly uncomfortable with the situation, crying and struggling against B16’s grip. Agent L grabbed a fast acting sedative, entered the containment unit, and injected the sedative into B16’s neck. Within seconds, B16 collapsed. Agent L lifted B16 off of B14, then brought B14 to the medical lab to help with his wounds. Agent L then called for backup.

Agents B, L, and H helped fix B14’s wounds and comforted him. Agent P captured Subject B16 in a ‘Fenton Thermos’ where it will be stored until tomorrow. Agent P also gathered B14’s clothes, goggles, and gas mask which had been marked, presumably by B16. These items will be washed thoroughly before they are returned to B14.

We aim to deliver B16 to the experimentation team as a test subject.

Monday, June 16, 2007
2000 hrs

All of B14’s injuries have been treated, and he has been given a pair of underwear, sweatpants, and a T-shirt. His usual clothes are being washed. He has not been in the containment unit since the incident and has instead stayed in the medical lab. The medical team was happy to let him stay there with us after learning about the situation. Agent H went back to the containment unit to collect B14’s stuffed kangaroo. Luckily, the kangaroo was still in the corner rather than on the mattress. Agent H has been given the task of removing B16’s mattress, and thoroughly cleaning B14’s sheets, pillows, and blankets. B14 has had a few panic attacks since the incident, but Agent B has been able to calm him down after every one so far.

It is strange seeing his face. Before, most of us hadn’t seen any part of it due to the hood, goggles and gas mask, and those who had, had only seen his mouth and nose. He looks younger than we expected. Around thirteen or fourteen. His eyes are green, his skin is tan, his hair is white, he has fangs, and little glowing green freckles. It is far easier to read his emotions now that we can see his face.

Agent L took over the job of comforting B14 after a few hours. He talked with B14. He said that even though B14 couldn’t understand him, it may help to hear a calming voice. We discovered that B14 might actually be able to understand what we are saying though, as he calmed down when Agent L informed him that he would no longer be seeing B16. Agent T from the medical team has suggested that we use this to our advantage and teach B14 sign language to communicate. We have decided that we may try this at a later date. For now we are using yes/no questions to communicate.

We aim to help B14 recover.

Tuesday, June 17, 2007
2000 hrs

Agent H brought B14 to the showers today. She showed him how they work, then B14 gestured for her to leave. Agent H did so and waited for him to finish before handing him new clothes through the shower curtain, another pair of underwear, sweatpants, and a T-shirt. After this, Agent H and Agent L led B14 back to the containment unit. The bedding has been washed, and all pens, pencils, and the pencil sharpener have been removed to prevent B14 from using them to injure himself.

Agent L offered B14 his hazmat, goggles, and gas mask back, but he cringed away from the items, seemingly uncomfortable, and shook his head.

B14 avoided the mattress and the side of the unit where the mattress was. He has also avoided the puzzles. He had a panic attack after dinner and it was difficult to calm him down from it. He was biting his arm so hard it bled out ectoplasm. When Agent P approached him to comfort him and stop him from injuring himself, he scrambled away from her and started making a loud shrill buzzing noise. It was eerily similar to screaming. He began clawing at his own face and Agent P had to put him in a restraining hold to stop him from hurting himself. After this, we moved B14 back to the medical lab and had Agent R from the medical team treat his new wounds. He fell asleep shortly after on one of the cots.

We aim to replace B14’s bedding with bedding that does not resemble the old bedding and replace the mattress.

Wednesday, June 18, 2007
2000 hrs

Agent U replaced B14’s mattress and bedding, and removed all puzzles from the containment unit today. B14 has not entered the Containment unit since the day before. He has spent most of the day sleeping, though he did spend quite a bit of time playing board games with Agent T from the medical team, who brought the board games from his home. This seemed to cheer up B14. He looked happy and slightly smug whenever he won a game and at one point cheered enthusiastically after beating Agent T at an hour long game of checkers. Before Agent T left to switch shifts with Agent I, he gave B14 a fruit roll up and a few handfuls of other candies. B14 seemed to enjoy these candies very much. He made a static chirping sound that might have been a thanks and ate about a third of them over the span of 8 minutes. He put the rest in his pockets to save for later. After having dinner he fell asleep on the cot again.

We aim to make B14’s containment unit feel as safe as possible for him.

Thursday, June 19, 2007
2000 hrs

Before lunch today, B14 was led back to his containment unit by Agent F, Agent P, and Agent B. Agent F informed him that his mattress and bedding had been replaced for his comfort. He appeared to feel guilty after that, so Agent F assured him that it was not his fault. Agent P followed B14 into the containment unit. She asked him if he could write in English, he nodded his head. She then gave him a notepad and a pen. She asked how old he was when he died, he wrote ‘I had just turned 14.’ Agent P asked how long ago he had died, he wrote ‘ it was 2004.’ He then hesitated before writing something else. ‘I was electrocuted by one of my parents’ inventions. My best friends saw it happen.’ Agent P thanked him for telling her this. She then asked what his name was, he answered ‘Danny Fenton.’ Agent P asked if he would be willing to learn sign language, as all agents know sign language in order to communicate with Agent V from the experimentation team, Danny nodded.

Danny spent the rest of the day playing checkers against various members of the behavior team as well as agent T from the medical team and eating candy from his pockets. Agent T attempted to give him more candy, but Agent F informed him that Danny had had enough candy and too much could harm his health. Agent T left the candy with Agent L, who has been given the task of giving Danny candy in moderation.

We aim to teach Danny sign language to better communicate with him.

Friday, June 20, 2007
2000 hrs

We have asked Agent V from the experimentation team if she was willing to teach sign language, she agreed. We failed to inform her she would be teaching to an ecto-entity. Unfortunately, she was not able to teach today as she was conducting a dissection on Subject B16. Agent V informed us that the experimentation team had discovered a piece of paper in B16’s pocket. The paper contained an inappropriate drawing of an older man engaging in a sexual act with a young boy. The image was added to B16’s digital files per order of Agent Z, though the experimentation team had destroyed the original drawing.

Danny has blown up three of the balloons in his containment unit and started a game of don’t let the balloons touch the ground with Agent T from the medical team. Agent T seems to visit the behavior team quite often nowadays. After playing this game, Danny picked up the yoga ball and ran full speed into Agent T with the ball acting as a cushion. This resulted in them both falling down. We don’t quite know why Danny did this, but he seemed to be laughing pretty hard afterwards. Agent T was laughing as well. Agent T had to go back to the medical lab after this.

Before dinner, Danny used the notepad and one of his markers to ask the team if they would like to play a game of charades. We agreed. When the game was over, Danny ate his dinner and fell asleep.

We aim to teach Danny sign language so we can better understand him.

Saturday, June 21, 2007
2000 hrs

Today Agent V and Agent A from the experimentation team came to the behavior lab to teach Danny sign language. They were surprised that they would be teaching a ghost and asked if it was even possible. We told them that it was an experiment we were trying.

They started out teaching Danny how to sign letters in the alphabet and numbers. They had short conversations back and forth using this method so Danny could get used to communicating this way, and corrected him when he made mistakes. Agent V and Agent A, or a different member of the experimentation team will return tomorrow to continue teaching Danny.

We aim to teach Danny sign language so we can better understand him.

Sunday, June 22, 2007
2000 hrs

Agent V returned today with Agent N. They continued teaching Danny sign language, adding colours, items that Danny may come in contact with, and common phrases to his vocabulary. Danny seems to be a fast learner, easily learning and memorizing everything Agent V and Agent N taught him. After Agent V and Agent N left, Agent L gave Danny a piece of candy as a reward for doing so well. Danny used sign language to thank him.

We aim to teach Danny sign language so we can better understand him.

Monday, June 23, 2007
2000 hrs

Agent V did not come to teach Danny today. She was needed in the experimentation lab. A procedure on B16 had gone wrong and every member of the experimentation team was needed to safely dispose of the radioactive remains. Agent L wanted to inform Danny that his attacker no longer existed, but Agent U stopped him. They informed Agent L that mentioning B16 in front of Danny, no matter the intentions, could possibly cause unnecessary stress and should be avoided at all costs.

Agent T came to the behavior lab with Agent G. He wanted to show her ‘his little buddy.’ Agent T was surprised to discover that Danny had been learning sign language. He snuck Danny a handful of fruit roll ups, Agent L pretended not to see. After a few hours of Agent T and Agent G playing games with Danny, Agent G asked why the containment unit’s door was locked. All agents are able to access the containment units, but there is no reason to lock Danny in there during the day. We have decided to keep the door open during the day.

We aim to make the behavior lab a more comfortable environment for Danny.

Tuesday, June 24, 2007
2000 hrs

Today we left the containment unit’s door unlocked and open. Agent V and Agent A returned to continue teaching Danny sign language. They stayed until 12:00, then had to return to the experimentation lab. When they left, Danny warily left his containment unit. He approached agent U and asked them if he could have some pencils to draw with. When Agent U gave him the pencils, he asked if they would like to draw with him. Agent U agreed to draw with Danny.

We have discovered today that Danny prefers sandwiches with untoasted bread. After this discovery we decided to ask him to list what foods he liked and which he disliked. He informed us that he dislikes russet potatoes, avocados, limes, and mangos. He likes black licorice, cheese, most types of tea, and kiwi fudge milkshakes strangely enough. We have agreed to verify with him whether or not he would like to eat the meals we chose, before we make them to avoid discomfort.

We have also asked him what activities he enjoys. He informed us that he enjoys playing video games, drawing, reading comic books, watching superhero cartoons, exploring, learning about space, and sewing stuffed dragons. We asked who his favourite superhero was, he replied that it was a tie between Martian Manhunter, Superman, and Spiderman. Because Spiderman is funny, Martian Manhunter has some of the same abilities as him and is an alien, and Superman is very cool and an alien. Agent H plans on giving him some of her old comic books and agent L is planning on buying fabric and stuffing and bringing his sewing machine and supplies for Danny to use. Agent F will bring video games at a later date.

We aim to make the behavior lab a more comfortable place for Danny.

Agent L brought the fabric, stuffing, and sewing machine today. Danny was so excited he hugged Agent L. He got a pencil, paper, and scissors and began drawing out a pattern to use. After a few tries he finally got one that he was happy with. When he finished the plushie, he gave it to us. He said we could use it as a mascot.

Shortly after this, Agent H mentioned something about the day turning into a gift exchange. She gave Danny the comics she had brought. Two Spiderman and Deadpool comics, three Martian Manhunter comics, seven Justice League comics and a large stack of Superman comics. He was very excited to see these and spent hours reading them. At 16:30 Agent V and Agent A came to continue teaching Danny sign language. They left at 19:00.

We aim to make the behavior lab as comfortable as possible for Danny.

Agent V informed us today that the experimentation team would be working on a new assignment throughout the week. She said that Danny has already learned enough to hold a conversation, and the words he doesn’t know, he can spell out. Then we can inform him how to sign those words.

Danny spent the first few hours of the day reading Superman comics. Just before lunchtime he asked us if he could have his powers unblocked. After a moment of consideration, we agreed to have a trial run of this. We asked Agent R and Agent G from the medical team to remove the chip. Once it was removed, Danny asked if he could start floating. We assured him that it was fine, then he began to float. He looked happy in the air. He wanted to do some tricks, but we told him to wait until we were in the behavior lab. He rushed into the lab, followed by Agent T from the medical team, who was told several times by his teammates that he had work to do in the medical lab. He waved them off and stated he could do it overnight.

Danny spent the rest of the day flying around, occasionally lifting agents off the ground and flying them through the air as well. It was difficult to get him to come down to eat dinner, even more so persuading him to go to sleep.

We aim to make the behavior lab as comfortable as possible for Danny.

Today Danny’s bed area was frozen. When asked of the cause, he deflected the topic. We believe it may have been caused by nightmares. We have decided to not press the issue for now. Danny made six stuffed dragons today. He used string and never melting ice nails to hang them from the ceiling by their wings. It makes them look as if they are flying. He drew out some plans to make some bats to join them. Afterwards he hid underneath his blanket and made multiple snowballs. He then ran out of the containment unit with them, using the bottom of his shirt like a pouch to hold them, and throwing them at multiple agents while making a sound very similar to cackling. Agent F retaliated by scooping the snow thrown at him into a ball and throwing it back at Danny. The snowball fight was stopped before it could get too out of hand, but it was fun nonetheless.

We aim to make the behavior lab as comfortable as possible for Danny.

Today we entered the behavior lab to see that Danny had somehow created glow in the dark stars and placed them on his ceiling. They looked realistic and there seemed to be thousands of them. We decided to let him sleep for a couple more hours before turning the lights on and waking him up as he must have been up all night making them. We woke him up at 10:00 instead of the usual 06:00. We asked him what he made the stars out of, he replied that they were made of never melting ice and ectoplasm. We were concerned until he assured us that he did not harm himself to get the ectoplasm.

Agent F brought a gaming system and a television for Danny to play with today. He and Danny spent hours playing Wii Sports. Danny informed us that Wii Sports music was ‘good for the soul, and therefore a necessity for a ghost like him’.

We ended the day by watching a few episodes of Teen Titans and X-Men: Evolution. That Agent F had recorded beforehand.

Today Agent T from the medical team brought Nerf guns to the behavior lab. He said it would be interesting to see how Danny handles a Nerf war and would serve a purpose in our research. Danny defeated all of the agents due to us neglecting to tell him not to use his powers. Danny was invisible for the entire game and had shot each agent within a minute. We started a new game afterwards, no powers allowed. Agent U won the second game by a landslide, ‘killing off’ five of their seven opponents. Dany insists they were cheating. Afterwards, Agent T, Agent U, Agent H, and Agent F watched Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends,The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, and Krypto the Superdog. Danny said that he had never seen Krypto the Superdog before, and thought it was kind of stupid, so we stopped watching the episode halfway through. While we were watching the cartoons, Danny seemed to take great joy in annoying the agents with his remote control car until at one point he stopped, suddenly looking very ill. He looked unhappy for some time after that, so Agent T tried to cheer him up with a few games. It looked as if Danny had forgotten what was making him unhappy after a while, but Agent B has raised concerns that Danny may just be pretending in order to avoid us worrying about him. While we hope this isn’t the case, it very well could be. All agents are keeping a closer eye on him just in case.

We aim to make sure Danny is happy.

Today we tested Danny’s powers. This was not required, but in all honesty, most of what we do with Danny is not required. We first asked him to list the powers that he had. He said that there were a few and he didn’t know if he could remember all of them, but he knew how many there were. He decided to write them down instead of using sign language so it would be easier to remember what he had already said. At this, we were expecting an impressive amount of abilities, but we were not prepared for how many powers Dany has.

We have listed these here: invisibility, intangibility, flight, overshadowing/possession, reducing or nullifying gravity on objects he is in contact with, ecto blasts, teleportation, cryokinesis, duplication, minor shapeshifting, colour swap, the ability to tell when other ghosts are near, telekinesis, enhanced senses, shields, a supersonic scream, accelerated healing, enhanced reflexes, durability, equilibrium, stamina and agility, and the ability to create light.

Danny says that more abilities will likely develop, and that he is working on a few others, but is not confident enough in them to list them as abilities he possesses. We asked him to demonstrate his powers and he did demonstrate many of them. While he was demonstrating gravity nullification, Agent E From the containment team requested access to the behavior lab. We granted it. She informed us that Agent Z had inspected their work that day and was likely to inspect our work as well. We informed her that we would be prepared should Agent Z inspect our lab and thanked her for her warning. Danny asked her if Spectra was doing okay, we asked who that was. Danny then informed us that Spectra was the name that B15 went by. Agent E informed him that she was doing fine, then left the lab.

We later asked Danny why he asked about the wellbeing of B15, he informed us that even though she did hurt him, she should still be treated decently. He informed us that he didn’t believe anyone, no matter how horrible a person, should be mistreated for the sole purpose of hurting them, that it just continues a cycle of wrongdoing. We are glad that we never informed him of B16’s whereabouts.

We aim to make sure Danny is happy.

Today, Danny played video games with Agent F and Agent P. Agent T was invited, but the medical lab was being inspected by Agent Z, and he had to be present for the inspection. Danny won a few games, and Agent P won a few as well. Agent F didn’t win a single game, though he came close. After this, they watched Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, The Proud Family, American Dragon: Jake Long, and Kim Possible. Danny said that he had never seen American Dragon: Jake Long before and liked the show. The television was turned off when the live action sitcoms began to play. We were about to test Danny’s abilities when Agent T arrived. He informed us that Agent Z would be inspecting the behavior lab tomorrow. He seemed nervous and so we assured him that we would be fine. After this we discussed what we would do during Agent Z’s inspection.

We aim to live up to Agent Z’s expectations.

Today Agent Z arrived at 0630 hours. She asked many questions regarding the items in Danny’s containment unit. She seemed displeased with the amount of entertaining items in the unit. She was confused with the presence of a bathroom area in the unit and seemed surprised and slightly disbelieving when we informed her that Danny required food, water, and a place to relieve himself. She seemed confused as to why we were calling him Danny, and so we informed her that Danny had told us it was his name. She seemed curious when we told her that Danny could communicate via sign language.

She entered the Containment unit and approached Danny. She asked him why ghosts had been invading our world. He replied that he did not know. She asked if there was a form of leadership in the Ghost Zone. Danny seemed confused and asked her if she meant the Infinite Realms. She seemed displeased at being corrected. Danny said he did not know if there was a form of leadership as he had not encountered any in his time in the Infinite Realms. Agent Z then asked how the ghosts were escaping the Ghost Zone into the human world. Danny said he did not know. She seemed mildly angered at this and asked us if we had made any worthwhile discoveries, we informed her that Danny acts just as any human child would. We told her about many of the activities we have had, and the progress we made with Danny. We told her of the setbacks and how they were rectified. We informed her of how proud we were of the progress that had been made and how we were looking forward to continuing to work with Danny in the future. She seemed slightly skeptical about the legitimacy of our words, but seemed to accept them in the end.

We aim to live up to Agent Z’s expectations.

Agent Z has informed us that subject B14 must be terminated. She expects him to be handed over to the experimentation team by Saturday. She believes that he has manipulated us all into trusting ghosts, our enemies and must be destroyed before he can do any more damage. Members of the behavior team will be cleansed of ectoplasmic residue after the transfer. Members of the experimentation, capture, medical, and containment teams will supervise the behavior team in this task to make sure we follow orders.

We aim to transfer subject B14 to the experimentation team for further study and elimination.

B14 has escaped. It pretended to be unconscious, so when we attempted to insert the power blocking chip, it overshadowed Agent X and used her as a human shield. It then escaped the behavior lab and locked all agents inside using Agent X’s emergency override key. It escaped through the Fenton portal, then pushed its host back through the portal to the living world. We have failed. All members of the behavior team have been relieved of their duties following this failure.

Personal log, inaccessible to Agent Z.

After much discussion, the behavior team and select members of other teams have come to an agreement. We refuse to bring any harm to the subject.

We came up with a plan to make it seem as if Danny had overshadowed a member of the Capture team acting as a guard and locked all other agents in the operation in the behavior lab while he puppeteered the overshadowed body to the portal, where he would escape, when in actuality, he had simply overshadowed Agent T before T implanted the power blocking chip into his neck.

Agent Z was furious when we informed her that the subject had escaped. She decided that all members on the behavior team were not competent enough to remain in the organization and fired us. She confiscated everything we had relating to the research project, and the G.I.W., decontaminated us of ectoplasmic residue, then had guards escort us off the premises. Just before we left, ‘Agent T’ ran out to say goodbye to us, he hugged Agent U, thus transferring Danny to them. Danny stopped his possession of Agent U once they reached their vehicle, then all agents on the behavior team made their way to Amity Park.

Once we all arrived at the Fenton residence Danny hid behind the agents. Agent L knocked on the door, and after a few seconds, Jack Fenton opened it. When he saw us, he scowled and tried to close his door. Agent L stopped him and informed him that we were only trying to return something to him. Jack Fenton became angry at this, believing we had come to mock him and started yelling. Maddie Fenton also came to the door after hearing the commotion. Jack stopped yelling once he saw Danny.

They both froze after seeing him, and when Jack started crying, Danny ran to hug them. They quickly ushered us all inside afterwards to explain the situation.

We left Danny in their care and will return to our lives before the GIW. We will keep in contact with each other, but for now we believe it is best to keep our distance to relieve suspicion. We’re just glad we could get Danny to a safe place.
