The present
„So any idea on how to get into the hydra base? Anyone?“, Tony asked the room.
„Well it is underwater, has radar and thermal scanners so no diving in any way shape, or form...“, Bruce just repeated what everyone already knew, and they were exhausted. The team has tried for months to get in there, gathering intel trying to find a way.
„what if we go through the land access?“, Natasha knew it was very risky but what choice did they have? Everyones´groans were answer enough that this was not the popular option.
Steve was the first to speak his mind again after everyone was quiet again „ You know why that is a bad idea, Nat, you and Clint could get in, maybe, with your spy skills but the army of hydra agents behind those doors would not give you the chance to get backup.“
She knew he was right and there was no way she would be risking the lives of her friends like that.
While everyone was contemplating Thor thought about his sister, not Hela but his adopted sister (y/n). She was smart and visited Earth often to fight in the only way she ever wanted to. (y/n) was given the ability to manipulate water or rather fluids making her an excellent healer in many wars fought on this planet. Of course, midgardians called them nurses and no one ever really took notice of how well her patients healed but this was not what she was needed for this time. She could get them into the Hydra base.
„ I know how to get into the base I will be right back“, and with that Thor left behind a group of confused avengers.

In Asgard
„Thor no. I won´t be going back to earth with you and you know it. After last time I just can´t“, (y/n) never told anyone what happened on earth that made her never wanting to return and Thor never pressured her. Loki tried once and she accidentally lowered the temperature of everyone around her, giving even Loki a shiver.
„I´m begging you sister. My friends need your help and without you, it would be too dangerous to even attempt this mission“ Thor knew that feeding into her slight savior complex would do the trick and (y/n) groaned at the fact that her brother knew her just a little too well.
While she did eventually agree, the situation made her nauseous, last time she was there she lost two of her closest friends. It still wasn´t easy to think about but that was irrelevant now, she had one job and one job only. Help her brother and his friends take out the people who took her friends from her.

The compound was eerily quiet when they arrived until Thor just started talking and someone talked back? To be fair you didn´t inform yourself about much human technology so Thor and his friends might need to explain some things to you for this mission.
“I told Friday to get the others so they can meet you” Oh right the friends, a bunch of people you didn´t know that now rely on your powers for their survival. No pressure.
Speaking of the devil, you felt a group of people enter the area you were in.
“Ah Friends this is my dear sister lady -” “Nancy?”
“Steve?”
