Notes:

Reader, beware.

I wrote this as part of a kinky smut challenge with Crysty and Kirby. In a moment filled with utter chaotic energy, we decided to see if we could write completely filthy Kacchako A/B/O, and this story is the result. I didn't tag all the kinks I included (because frankly I don't remember them all), but they're fairly standard for the genre. Please note the dubious consent tag though! It is probably mild dubcon, but I wanted to be safe.

A huge thank you to my friend and beta, Lily, who listened to me rant about backstories that don't matter all that much in the grand scheme of a smut fic, who brainstormed and plotted with me, and who beta read this last minute because I'm a terrible procrastinator.

Chapter Text

Her foot caught on a branch, nearly causing Ochako to lose her balance and crash into the forest floor. It felt like she had been on the run for weeks, even though the logical part of her mind told her only a few days passed at most.

Still, she hardly had any time to rest. Her concealment spells only gave her brief respite before he was once again close on her heels.

Exhaustion was starting to catch up to her and to make matters worse, the man hunting her was relentless; she continued to sense his presence although she was separated from the rest of the group.

It all started as a plan to fund their quest after Prince Shoto was banished from the kingdom and cut off from his resources. What the scribe, Izuku, suggested sounded like a good plan at the time.

After all, it was a topic of much speculation that the Dragon Clan had a hoard of treasures so large that surely a small fraction of it wouldn’t be missed.

Izuku grew up with the young leader of the dragons until the fiery boy left their small village at the age of 16. His mother passed away shortly before his departure and his father was long since deceased, leaving him orphaned and with no ties to the sleepy hamlet.

Determined to make a name for himself, he set out to defeat a dragon living nearby. Rumor had it that instead of slaying the dragon, the boy managed to subdue it, but his tactics were unknown.

For a time, the villagers thought the boy had been eaten until someone claimed to have seen him riding on the back of a large, red beast with a billowing cape fastened around his shoulders. Infrequent sightings of the young man led to wild tales.

Some said he now led the Clan of Dragons and terrorized the wealthy. Unlike a hero from the fairy tales of old, who stole from the rich and gave to the poor, the boy amassed wealth for himself.

The Dragon King became a fearsome legend across the land. It was believed that the time spent with the dragons had caused him to develop traits often associated with the creatures, as he devoted himself wholly to his new clan. Izuku insisted that it was all true and their hoard must be massive, given all the noblemen he stole from.

The green-haired boy proposed they borrow a few select items and compensate the king after they defeated Prince Shoto’s father.

Izuku was apparently in possession of a map that would allow the group to slip into the lair unnoticed, but what Ochako found truly astounding was that the group agreed to the plan unanimously.

She thought the plan was risky. Given the vast differences in personality and temperament of the group, she thought there must be at least some discussion, but desperation won out in the end. Prince Shoto and his knights, Momo and Tenya, agreed; defeating the mad King Enji was worth whatever cost would come at angering The Dragon King.

What was even more shocking was that they managed to execute the plan successfully. The entire time Ochako was sure they would be caught and burnt to a crisp. It wasn’t until they were once again hidden in the forest that she breathed a sigh of relief.

Though it was difficult to refuse the call of the endless treasures they encountered, she insisted they only take what was needed. It amounted to a small pile of gems, gold, and several other lavish items.

The moment her eyes landed on a certain necklace, Ochako knew that there was something special about it. The beautiful, luminescent red jewel marbled with orange and set in gold was breathtaking. She felt her hand move towards it before even realizing what she was doing.

If its inherent value wasn’t obvious from its size and cut, the magic radiating from it in waves would have been a clear indicator of its worth to any magical being.

She insisted to the group that she guard it, slipping it around her neck and refusing to back down when the knights questioned her actions.

They couldn’t understand, but the necklace was more valuable than any of them could have known. It was difficult to explain, but Ochako was drawn to it.

As soon as the chain fell around her shoulders and the gem settled on her chest, it seemed as though her own magic reached out and connected with it. In all her years training as a mage, Ochako became quite in tune with the magic coursing through her and its temperaments, but she never experienced it the way she did in that moment.

It was as if…it was finally complete despite the fact that she never noticed anything missing before.

Their crime was soon noticed and a roar of fury echoed through the land. She knew that the hunt had begun.

Ochako immediately teleported the group to a distant forest, but even so they weren’t able to evade their pursuers for long.

When her group became unwillingly divided in an attempt to evade their pursuers, Ochako prayed that he would follow after someone of more importance, like Prince Shoto.

She hadn’t been that lucky.

She was already drained from the efforts of teleporting herself and her four companions from place to place ever since the pursuit started and now her magic was beginning to wear thin.

With a relentless pursuer on her trail leaving no time to replenish her energy source, she knew she wouldn’t be able to evade capture much longer.

It took all of her effort to continue putting one foot in front of the other as a heavy sort of weariness seeped through to her bones, weighing down her small frame.

How was he still maintaining his energy?

As if the situation wasn’t already bad enough, that morning she began to feel the changes in her body signaling the inevitable: her heat was quickly approaching.

She only experienced one heat, shortly after her 18th birthday, before setting off with her companions.

There was no time to research her condition in the time that passed between the two life-altering events, but her grandmother was also a mage and an omega. Her mother had passed down stories of the struggles her grandmother had faced and it gave her some idea of what she might expect when the time came.

As it were, Ochako was not expecting her heat for another month or so. The periods of immense vulnerability happened four times a year and that meant she was supposed to have more time. Perhaps it was the added stress of the unanticipated chase…

Or, could it be the faint whiffs of cinnamon that kept evading her senses in the most unexpected moments? The delicious smell caused her glands to pulse and a sharp ache to form at the apex of her thighs every time the wind carried the odor to her.

Knowing she would soon devolve into a mess of hormones, maybe it was time to stop running. If she faced her pursuer head on, she might have a chance of beating him in combat, and then finding a cave to ward with protective magic where she could ride out the heat in privacy and safety. Her first heat alone, without an Alpha, had been tortuous.

She didn’t relish the thought of going through another with no partner, especially when the stranger who smelled of cinnamon seemed to be nearby. Though it had crossed her mind that the pursuer was the source of the scent, she quickly pushed the thought away. It would certainly spell her end if it were true.

Ochako stumbled through a particularly thick brush to find herself in a clearing. It was secluded and well shielded from the rest of the forest. A small brook ran through the middle of it and the sound of the rippling water soothed her. Still, she was well familiar with these woods, and this was not where she intended to go…

She meant to go towards the meeting point that was agreed on previously, should the group ever get separated, but there came a point where her movements were solely predicted in reaction to the noises around her. When she heard a twig snap on her left, she veered right. If a flock of birds suddenly startled in the trees to her right, she turned left instead.

It couldn’t be that he guided her to this clearing, could it?

She heard his heavy footfalls and took a deep breath, steeling herself before turning to face The Dragon King himself.

“Mage,” he spat, his red eyes settling on her. He sniffed the air once, then twice, a knowing look disrupting his features momentarily before they settled into a predatory sneer. “Or maybe I should say, Omega.”

Ochako tensed, knowing that she wouldn’t have been able to hide it for long, but also hoping against all odds that the king was not an Alpha. She knew it was an illogical thought, but one that she held on to desperately. If he had been a beta, she might have stood a chance, but the bouquet of cinnamon and clove filled the space, swirling around her and causing her defenses to fall.

“H-How did you know?” she squeaked.

“I could smell sweet scent of lavender from a mile away,” he chuckled darkly, “though, I didn’t think an omega would be stupid enough to anger The Dragon King.”

Ochako took a step back, her staff held defensively in front of her. “D-don’t c-come any closer,” she warned, but any threat intended was lost as her voice shook.

His wolfish grin widened. “Tch, I won’t need to, because you’re gonna come to me. Aren’t you, Kitten?” he purred the last word in a deep timbre and Ochako nearly threw caution to the wind and ran to him.

The omega in her was screaming for her to do so, to please her Alpha. She could be his little kitten; she could be whatever he wanted, so long as her Alpha took care of her; then her inner mage shook her from the hormone-induced frenzy.

She was Uraraka Ochako, one of the most powerful witches in the land, and she would not submit to just any barbarian king who happened to be an Alpha.

“No,” she finally choked out, after much internal deliberation. Her grip on the staff was so tight that her knuckles turned white, but she didn’t move an inch.

He threw his head back and laughed heartily, as if she hadn’t just defied him, before fixing his intense ruby eyes back on her. “You’ve got some fucking spunk, my sweet Omega, but I grow tired of waiting. Your scent nearly drove me mad over the last few days, so be a good girl and come here.”

She shook her head adamantly, squeezing her eyes shut and praying that breaking from his gaze might give her the strength she needed to fight him.

Come here, Omega,” he commanded in a low sultry tone. A release of his pheromones assaulted her senses until it seemed like he was everywhere. She otherwise might have choked on the overwhelming combination of cinnamon and clove that now permeated the clearing, but she was too busy inhaling it deeply, reveling in the way it fueled the heat building in her core.

His voice had a greater impact on her than she realized. A whimper escaped her as her right foot acted of its own accord and took a step towards him, unable to resist. Her eyes opened in shock, looking on in horror first at her feet that continued to move, one after the other, and then up at his face, now stretched into a wide, feral smile.

That’s right… There’s my good girl,” he encouraged in that same seductive tone he used before.

Though her heat wasn’t quite upon her, she felt a rush of slick spill from her at his praise. Her leggings were thoroughly soaked as she closed the distance between them and stood, trembling before the king. It might have been fear, or desire, or a combination of the two.

Ochako was forced to look up at him to compensate for the fact that he towered over her. Though she knew Alphas were meant to be larger, he seemed to be the tallest, broadest one she had ever seen. Judging by how the bottom of his chin completely cleared the top of her head, he must stand at least a foot taller than her.

Her eyes trailed across his broad, muscled shoulders and bare chest covered only by a heavy cape, down to his tapered waist, and to the noticeable bulge in his pants.

She stifled a moan at the sight, squeezing her legs together as another flood of slick began to leak down her legs, but she couldn’t look away. The aching in her core to be filled by him grew exponentially.

A long, calloused finger lifted her chin so that her gaze met his. Up close, she saw the flecks of gold hidden in ruby irises and the thought occurred to her that they resembled dragon scales, glinting in the light. She could also now see the pointed, white canine teeth that made his grin seem all the more feral.

What would it feel like if he sunk them into the gland on her neck? Ochako shuddered imagining the immense pleasure she was sure it would bring.

Without quite realizing what she was doing, her hands came to rest on his chest as his arm wrapped around her waist and pulled her close. His head dropped to burrow in the crook of her neck. The king pressed his nose to her scent gland, inhaling deeply before releasing a groan that reverberated against her skin.

“I can smell your arousal, my little Omega,” he growled into her ear before nipping her lobe between sharp teeth, “and it’s fucking delicious. I can’t wait to taste you.”

Ochako shuddered at the thought, the war inside her between the fiery mage and the desperate omega continued.

With his filthy words, her omega gained the upper hand, preening at the idea of being tasted by the Alpha.

Her eyes were glazed over with lust as she stared at him, lips parted slightly at the thought of his tongue dragging across every inch of her body.

It took every bit of self-control to keep her heat at bay, but the wildfire was slowly spreading throughout her body, laying waste to all in its wake. She knew it wouldn’t be long before she gave into it entirely. If she wanted to escape, now was her only chance.

But, she wasn’t sure she did. Ochako was assaulted by thoughts of what he would taste like as she imagined her own tongue tracing along his torso, down to where his cock stood rigidly at attention.

Though she’d never known a man in such an intimate way, she was somehow sure that he was superior to all others in every way imaginable. She had heard stories of bringing warriors to their knees with a flick of the tongue across a leaking head.

How would the king react, if she were to do so? She couldn’t know, but a small part of her wanted to find out.

One thing Ochako was certain of was that his tongue on her skin would surely abate the sweltering heat threatening to burn her alive.
