Work Text:
In this world, long ago, there was a human race called Omegas. These species were usually men and had the capability to reproduce without needing a women. These types of people were abused by another race called Alphas... For hundreds and thousands of years they would abuse those Omegas.
One day, a young girl named Carla, from a distant country came and studied hard at the international EU university located at the capital of the European Union,(idk why it's an actual thing) Brussels. She studied in business major for several years but during that time she was there....she learnt that many of these race were abused by another race. She felt sympathy for them, watching them being exploited in ways not even a monster would dare to do. Seeing this, it motivated her to pursue her dream to become one of the most top earning companies across the globe. Though her projects were small she had one goal, free those who are in misery and give them back their rights without exploiting the miserable. She talked to several of them during her years of studies, their emotions, how they felt towards these Alphas, what they wish for, their dreams if that wouldn't stop them, etc... but they all had one common thing. A hope for a better future for the generations to come.
Carla listened each and every single one of them while feeling apologetic. She graduated brilliantly, brave and proud, while holding one promise. Free those who are in need by giving them the essentials. But she struggled, starting from nowhere is something everyone has to go through. She climbed her way with no one behind her, it was just her and her highly incredible knowledge of business works going forward. She first did small ads this and there, then she slowly grew, hiring Omegas that were willing to start over and get a 20k euro salary per week. Though that money was hard to promise, her knowledge of business working made her promised money delivered.
Little by little, the company grew as more members joined in. While she fought those who were arrogant and rebelled against her company. But by that time it was already too late, her company spread all across her country with pride and success. The income was huge which made her easy to pay each of her dear employees while investing for something...something even bigger that was awaiting her. On the 5th anniversary of the company, she officially opened to the continent of Europe, owning almost 4 times the amount of cafés she had before the opening. The success was taking a big step and going forward for those once miserable Omegas who wished to die to now, a fresh and new start for them with a better lifestyle. Carla raised with pride, fulfilling a dream that she thought was too big and impossible. She had so much success that she raised the salaries to those who have sided her for a long time.
But who would've guessed that great success comes with a downfall? When she finally opened world wide for the world to be safe no matter where, those who rebelled became stronger and louder... traveling distances to come infront of the HQ and protest for them to shut down. For the first time in a few years, Omegas felt unsafe again. Maybe she saw too big?.. She had to shut down ALL of the cafés in the US where most of the rebels came from and took a month off. Trying to change her mind and find a way to reopen world wide without those protest. Where did she go wrong? She traveled a little bit of everywhere across Europe where there, she met brilliant minds who helped her clear and maybe even find a way to go against those protests.
Brilliant minds who were also friends she met along the way, suggesting what thought was best for the company. She organized a reunion of those who she chose were the most on her side during the hard time she and her company had to go through. "Well, I'm glad you all came!!! How about we do a few introductions before we get it started hm???" Said Carla. The first one stood up from their chair "Heya everyone!!! My name's Memento and I'm non-bi so please respect that thanks!" They said with a smile on their face as a sign of greeting. The one facing them proceeded to go on "Hey guys, I'm Cherry and uh...I'm glad to meet all of you" she said slightly waving. The one to her right continued "Helloooooo, I'm Potato" he excitedly said. And finally...the one who was facing him "Yo, the name's Hiro" he said casually. "Well this is going so great so far!! Any...first suggestions?" Carla asked. "I do, we could focus on growing the cafés and then once it'll be popular, everyone would want to come here" answered Memento. "Yea...but we have to focus on keeping the things clients expects. If we manage to make it popular, it has to hold its status well" argued Cherry. "Eeeh man... Carla just needs to hire extra employees in each cafés and it'll be good" replied Potato. "I agree, these cafés are mostly staff focused...so I think she should focus more on well training the employees for clients to have a better experience" concluded Hiro.
Each of them starting giving their opinions and perspectives on how they interpreted thing and how it would grow. Carla took notes to a few of these ideas that might work for a better change for the cafés. "But then, how can I calm down the protests that made some of my closures in America?" She asked. "I think we can ask a few content creators or staffs to film videos about the café for it to advertise but also make it kind of trendy to attract these people and maybe calm them down?" Said Cherry. "Yea but the protesters are mostly Alphas...so like we kinda have to convince THEM and not the Omegas" replied Memento. "We could make a product that would be suited for them that sells inside the cafés?" Concluded Memento. "BRILLIANT IDEA!!!" Shouted Carla standing up while slamming both of her hands onto the desk. "AHEM...alright well....meetings over you all are free to go" she said. The four guests talked a bit, laughed and politely said their goodbyes to each of them.
3 days later, Carla went back to work and starting planning on her next move. She mustn't do a step too big for it to still be consistent but also something very exciting. The goal was to obviously calm down those protests without using force or violence and Carla had a brilliant idea.
