The Blue Star

Chapter Text

she squinted her hazel eyes ,for no other purpose ,but to sensate the object more vividly and accurately ...this,sadly was not a real object of her wants ,but merely a pleasantly realistic drawing of the same... "the blue star" artefact ,which supposedly had been used for opening the gates between worlds...studying mythology was lifting both sigyn s spirits and an interest in the culture and traditions of older nations .and there was something tiny within her ,which was growing upon each passing day more and more and becoming more and more clamorous....the terms such as adventurist, researcher, were but a counterparts to the nosy, busy, this was something more ,she was something besides the researcher or busy buddy ...for this feeling was more profound, more primal..perhaps it s source could be traced to the very begging of the creation of her it was guiding her somewhere..,to something...or someone...
she has resolved that ,she will be the one to find this object,no matter what it takes...she could almost hear the blue stone calling her name..

"sigyn don't be silly...those are only the legends.the blue star is just as real as ...dunno...leprechaun or ... a yeti."
her friend just had to snap her back to the yellow-gray reality and a crowded lecture hall with the walls of the mentioned colors ,but ...she would not ,belief or whatever this force is being called,is by far stronger than any other...even could she stay deaf to its was all settled then.and she was stubbornly determined.

her long eyelashes fluttered as she returned to the illustration in her textbook.

" the four-dimensional analog of the cube;. Just as the surface of the cube consists of six square faces, the hypersurface of the star consists of eight cubical cells. The blue star is one of the six convex regular is in the center of the septagram, and it is used instead of, or with, the Pentagram by many Faerie and Celtic-based traditions. The seven points represent the Sun, the Forest (or Wood), the Sea, Magic, the Moon, the Wind, and Connection (or Spirit).
The Sun

This point closely mirrors the pentagram’s element of Fire (creative, passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, courageous, determined, daring, and faithful, but also proud, selfish, restless, jealous, angry, hateful, stubborn, greedy, and resentful), but is more focused on the role of the Sun as the procreator of life, the spark of regeneration, and the divine spark that burns within each of us. Like the pentacle, one of the elemental spirits is the Salamander, but also included are the Dragon and the Phoenix.

her friend elbowed her:"pay attention to what the good professor is saying!"

as it was that easy...she awaited for a while, pretending to carry any concern in the lecture and slowly allowed herself to return to the lines.

"An alternative set of definitions rests upon use of the Blue Star as a gateway to the Otherworld; each point of the star is one of the entrances to the Faerie Realm, a pathway, or the 7 rays of manifestation of the Higher Self, as follows:

1st point – Power, Personal Will and Determination
2nd point – Unconditional Love, Wisdom and Growth
3rd point – Knowledge and Intelligence
4th point – Harmony and Tranquility
5th point – Powers of Mind and Science
6th point – Devotion and Honesty
7th point – Magic

The points blend with each other, nurturing and joining us as one with the Universe, bestowing personal and spiritual transformation."

they said that it was to be found in Ireland...and not far away from where her grandma is a beautiful, forever green country side .and well...sigyn s summer break was almost knocking at the was about the time to visit her granny, yes?
