SLEEPING DOCKWORKER - a man is sleeping at the table, wearing mud-caked boots and rolled down overalls. The back of his shirt reads “WILD PINES”, encircled by a logo with a tree.

interfacing [Medium: Success] - A colorful piece of plastic is dangling from his carabiner… hmm. Makes your fingers itch.

SLEEPING DOCKWORKER - On the counter -- rolled out of his open hand -- you see a blister pack of headache medicine.

1. - Pick up the pills.
2. - Inspect the piece of plastic on his carabiner.
3. - [Physical Instrument – Challenging 12] Wake him up.
4. - [Leave.]

Item gained: Magnesium

SLEEPING DOCKWORKER - The man does not mind. You probably need them more than he does.

1. - Inspect the piece of plastic on his carabiner.

SLEEPING DOCKWORKER – It’s a dockworker’s ID, doubling as a shift card and a job permit. A young, able-bodied man stares back at you from the photo: Santiago S. John.

2. - [Physical Instrument – Challenging 12] Wake him up.
3. - [Interfacing - Medium 10] Steal the dockworker's ID.
4. - [Leave.]

interfacing [Medium: Success] - Your fingers find their way into the shackle, flicking open its spring-loaded gate. The metal loop holds the plastic ID, and a leather-bound pocketbook...

1. - And the man?

SLEEPING DOCKWORKER – The man emits a loud snore. Is he about to wake up? Doesn’t look like it, but you never know. Better be quick!

1. - Steal the document.
2. - Swipe through the pocketbook and take what's inside.
3. - Close the carabiner.

interfacing - You slip the plastic ID card out of the loop and pocket it. The man continues to snore.

interfacing - You find a black paper note with a woman’s profile on it. Seems like this woman lived centuries ago. The note says *five* real. It feels nice and greasy.

SLEEPING DOCKWORKER – The sleeping dockworker has little to say about your actions. He remains silent.

"Interfacing" and "Sleeping Dockworker" are each attached to a separate workskin. There are five different ones: "you," "intellect," "psyche," "physique," and "motorics."

you - This one is for YOU or anybody who is not a thought. It is bolded #FFFFFF white text.

tutorial [graytext class] - There is a bit of nesting involved in including gray text, but nothing too complicated.


Because of how I formatted indents, whenever you need to list choices (1., 2., and so on,) the first gets "textchoice1" and subsequent choices are simply "choice." The chosen option gets the "chosen" workskin as well, which is bolded and underlined.
