Summary
Adachi Kiyoshi was an average Twenty-Nine year old office worker. In fact he was excessively average; single, only one friend, middling success at work, nothing really interesting or noteworthy about him and his life except the fact he was extremely socially awkward and prone to messing things up. He figured that was how things would stay, until one particular mess up ended with a broken phone and a text sent to a wrong number. Somehow, one awkward conversation turned into more, and he found himself falling into a strange friendship with the anonymous person on the other end of his phone, someone who he could be himself with, without having to expose all the insecurities that plagued him in his real relationships.
Question was, what to do when his attachment to the mysterious stranger started to grow, and he began to want something real with them too? Would they stay anonymous penpals, or would he find a way to meet the smiling face behind the messages?
