According to the laws of Liyue Harbor, the Millelith took the names and descriptions of the tourists in case of crimes committed. Among the Mondstadt tourists are:

  • One blonde young woman, identified as Barbara Pegg, a Mondstadt performer self-identified as an “idol.” Last seen wearing a white dress.
  • One blonde woman, identified as Jean Gunnhildr, Mondstadt’s Acting Grand Master and leader of the Knights of Favonius, Mondstadt’s primary authority figures.
  • One red-haired man, identified as Diluc Ragnvindr, a wine tycoon from Mondstadt. Last seen dressed in black. (Unofficial note: seems to have tension with fellow citizen Kaeya Alberich. Watch closely for noise disturbance.)
  • One blue-haired man, identified as Kaeya Alberich, part of the Knights of Favonius. (Unofficial note: seems to have tension with fellow citizen Diluc Ragnvindr. Watch closely for noise disturbance.)
  • Also suspected to be part of the Mondstadt tourists is the notorious disturbance to the peace known under the alias “Green Bard.” (For more information, see Report #9405 – Drunkard Causes Mass Rioting, #9406 – Bard Declares Intention to Deface Rex Lapis Statue, #9463 – Bard Plays Without a Permit, #10006 – Bard Begs for Free Food, #10009 – Drunkard Blasphemes in Dock, etc.) He refuses to register for a license to perform, a declaration of legal age, or a temporary gliding license. Avoids locations with cats. Proceed with caution.

Diluc Ragnvindr: No.

Childe: Why not? Oh, I see. You’re one of those. I’ll just need to give you a reason then!

Childe then proceeded to bat around Diluc Ragnvindr’s ponytail with a sharp stick.

Diluc Ragnvindr: It is pointless. I am here to witness an acquaintance’s wedding, not to indulge needless sparring attempts.

Childe: Fine. I’ll just get someone else to fight me. Let’s see…The guy with the eyepatch looked interesting.

Diluc Ragnvindr: Lay a hand on him and you’ll never fight with it again.

Diluc Ragnvindr then summoned a claymore and attempted to chase Childe around. The Millelith were forced to step in and politely remind both of them of the consequences of being charged with grievous bodily injury, accidental homicide, and murder. They then both desisted, but it is the official recommendation of the officer on the scene to monitor them in case tension boils over.

After a minor scuffle, Diluc Ragnvindr consented to wear the eyepatch. A transcription of the following conversation, while not required in this instance, is provided below.

Diluc Ragnvindr: Do you keep a red eyepatch solely for occasions like this?
