In a world where abilities called ‘quirks’ exist, there are many powerful beings that have lived a life of crime, their level of threat assessed by the nature of their quirks and also individuals who have been trained in combat to fight against such a threat for the safety of the innocent.
It is in this world, in the country of Japan, in the city of Musutafu, a little restaurant sits inside an unsuspecting alley.
A restaurant that welcomes both heroes and villains alike, no matter how malevolent or benevolent one’s character may be.
Trying to hurt the chef in any way would be a terrible decision. There sits a robotic bodyguard in his kitchen, ready to intervene the first strike thrown by the attacker. Along with a mysterious and all-powerful trump card, it’s safe the say the chef’s life will not be in any danger. And who said that he himself was helpless?
