  • A region located much to the Southeast of the conjoined Kanto and Johto.  A tropical region, it is home to many Pokemon that are difficult to locate elsewhere.  Due to many of its locations being isolated islands, much of the travel within this region is water based.  A boat or a Pokemon with surf would be a large boon here.
  • Locals show a range of eclectic musical tastes.

  • Free: Pokedex.  Completed and updates with each new region encountered.  Turns out you don't have to catch them all, that wouldn't be too entertaining.  We want you adventuring not collecting.  Preferably.

  • Free: 3x Potion.  Band-aid in a bottle.  At least for a Pokemon.  Humans, not so much so be careful.

  • Formerly where Andrew Ryan threw the derelicts of his society, this prison is now the home and research facility of Sophia Lamb.  Children of the City start their journeys here, and should they leave this high security facility Lamb will do everything in her power to track them down and return them to her seat of power.

Origins: Child of Rapture [250 CP], Drawback Modded to [Little Sister]

  • You are a second child raised under Sophia Lamb's tutelage and drilled in her beliefs.  Like Eleanor, you were also ripped away from her at a young age and placed into an orphanage.  You were eventually recovered by Lamb and restored to your rightful place.  However the outside world made you more resistant to your mother's teachings.  You have since been kept in isolation from the rest of Rapture.  As a chosen of the Little Sister program, you receive an Alpha Series Protector for free. 
  • Drawback Mod:  You are now a Little Sister rather than a Big Sister, trapped in a six year old's body despite your age.  You don't have all the mental afflictions of a typical Little Sister but Rapture is definitely "brighter" for you than it is for other people.  You are unable to use Plasmids but you can still age as normal.  You will need a a constant supply of ADAM to sustain the slug embedded within your body.  You cannot switch forms but at least you won't turn into the blinding rage monsters that Big Sisters have become in the current Rapture.  Though you may have issues controlling your temper in the future.

It has been plated in gold and is in such pristine condition that any firearm enthusiast would want to examine it. However, upon a closer look, several inconsistencies stand out. Someone has removed the trigger guard from the pistol and the chamber is designed to hold only one bullet. But that is because this gun isn’t meant as a weapon of war. It was designed to make statements. Whenever you use the gun to kill a powerful foe in front of others, it will strengthen the belief of your followers in your cause immensely. You’re no great visionary to have lasted this long. All of those went into the nooses first. But that doesn’t mean you’re not an unparalleled seeker of profit. Instead of focusing on massive businesses, you are capable of whipping nickel and dime schemes into hidden powerhouses of industry. You could sell a box of needle parts to a poor man for him to assemble for twice what they’re worth, then buy back the finished product from him for a dime on the dollar of their worth. Or buy failed batches of liquor for pennies then remarket them as your own “exclusive taste” to earn dollars a bottle. The best part is, so long as you stick to these “smaller” games, nobody will think of you as anything other than small fry. A two bit operation regardless of how much money you’re actually making. 200 CP: Eleanor Lamb.  Eleanor has escaped the Persephone Correctional Facility and is out wandering the halls of Rapture with you, looking for her Father.  Sophia will be keen to get you both back.  Eleanor is a bit of a blank slate, as she like you has been isolated from the world thanks to Sophia Lamb's meddling.  Her hatred for Sophia burns deep and she will not be caged again.  She also does not hesitate to fight to defend herself.  Her ethics and morals have yet to be molded, so be careful with whom she interacts.

A Father's Love.  Of those created to protect the Little Sisters, only the Alpha Series were forced to love them.  Due to this bond, you have a gentle aura that others recognize as that of a protector.  No matter what you look like your good nature shows through.  You may toggle this on and off as you wish.

It Can Protect.  You have a sort of sixth sense when it comes to trouble.  Even when out of sight, you know when your Little Sister is in trouble and can come charging in.  You can link with anyone you wish, up to 10 people, and through this link you instinctively know when they are in danger and how severe the danger is.  You gain a significantly increased boost to toughness when you are protecting one of them.

Inventory

Run and Gun.  You come equipped with a massive Drill and a Rivet Gun.  The Drill is traditionally used in ocean mining, but it now suffices for defense.  It starts up instantaneously and runs on a gasoline motor that never needs to be refueled.  The Rivet Gun fires lead slugs with enough force to occasionally can nail bodies to the wall with their momentum.  It also never runs low on ammo.

Spray, Splatter and Snipe.  Includes a machine gun, shotgun and spear gun.  The machine gun gives up accuracy for rate of fire, the shotgun fires six cartridges before needing to reload, and the spear gun can pierce through Big Daddy armor with its shots.  These get supplied with new ammo each week.

Plasmids

Electrobolt.  Blast enemies with electricity to stun and damage them.  As it grows, you can hit multiple enemies or supply a constant stream of money.

Incinerate.  This gives you power over fire.  You can spray fire across multiple enemies and launch fire like a flamethrower at later growth levels.

Inventory

Spray, Splatter and Snipe.  Includes a machine gun, shotgun and spear gun.  The machine gun gives up accuracy for rate of fire, the shotgun fires six cartridges before needing to reload, and the spear gun can pierce through Big Daddy armor with its shots.  These get supplied with new ammo each week.

Plasmids

Insect Swarm.  Summons a cloud of bees to harass, annoy and relentlessly sting your foes.  As it grows, you can summon multiple swarms and turn fallen foes into swarm bombs.

Tonics

Armored Shell.  Offers extra protection against life's bumps and bruises.

Speedy Recovery.  Your body recovers itself twice as fast as normal.

Leg Up.  You can leap entire stories in a single bound with enough concentration.

Sports Boost.  Your running, walking and crawling speed is slightly faster than normal.  In fact you just move slightly faster in general.

 

 Flaws

Bitch Chan

  • No Jumper You Are The Little Girl [+300 CP][50]  You are now a Little Sister rather than a Big Sister, trapped in a six year old's body despite your age.  You don't have all the mental afflictions of a typical Little Sister but Rapture is definitely "brighter" for you than it is for other people.  You are unable to use Plasmids but you can still age as normal.  You will need a a constant supply of ADAM to sustain the slug embedded within your body.  You cannot switch forms but at least you won't turn into the blinding rage monsters that Big Sisters have become in the current Rapture.  Though you may have issues controlling your temper in the future.
  • You Are A Good Little Girl Too [+300 CP][50]  Neither you nor your companions can use your powers from outside this jump.  Everyone is reduced to their Body Mod.  What a well behaved little girl you are, following the rules.
  • The Mark Metzler Problem [+200 CP][10]  Mark Metzler is looking for his missing daughter, Cindy who was kidnapped by Sophia.  Someone you know quite a bit about.  He is going to get his daughter back no matter what and wants your help.  He won't use Plasmids or Tonics, but is pretty good with a gun.  He also might have a means of escape.  Keep him alive and save Cindy or suffer the consequences.
  • She Doesn’t Want Me Playing With You [+200 CP][50]  For some reason, Big Sisters are simultaneously drawn and repelled by you.  Maybe it's your unnatural state as an unchanging Little Sister.  Either way they are going to hunt you down and try to kill you.  Upside?  You don't have to go looking for them.
