Physical Appearance:

In human form, Mazikeen looks like a young, beautiful woman with medium dark skin. She often wears leather outfits. She wears her black hair in different styles, such as wavy, straight, ponytail, etc. However, when she reveals her real demonic nature, the left side of her face looks horribly scarred and mutilated. She can also switch between human and demon eyes.

She can also switch between human and demon eyes

As a human Mazikeen was very caring and compassionate; specifically towards her brothers. She was known to have a sense of humour, and often made her brothers laugh even in the most inappropriate situations. Dean once stated that Mazikeen's sense of humour was 'as dirty as a truck stop toilet'

Mazikeen was and still is confident, sexy, and sarcastic; though this seems to have been heightened post-demonisation, also something that carried over is her sexual promiscuity and she has admitted she has had lots of sex with both men and women; Maze is so good she can turn a straight woman.

Mazikeen was one of Hell's most decorated torturers, inheriting a rather sadistic composure and a darker sense of humor. Despite being seen upset multiple times, Maze states to Dean that 'demons don't get sad, they get mad'. She always entertains whatever sadistic ideas Crowley or Dean may have and is even turned on when torture is suggested. It is even implied that she is partially a sadomasochist, remarking about how she "likes pain".

Despite all of this, she is profoundly loyal to her brothers and whatever decisions that they make, having left Hell to look after them and always nagging them for their own well-being. (She would often leave food lying around; clean clothes; and such without their knowledge)

Despite her bad girl attitude, she is lonely, as she had no real friends.

Mazikeen was born on the 15th September 1977 in Lawrence, Kansas to John Winchester and an unknown woman.

She is the result of an affair that occurred whilst John was married to Mary. Mazikeen's mother died after an incredibly difficult labour and Mary reluctantly took in Mazikeen in but most of her early years Mazikeen was raised predominantly by John.

Two years later Dean is born to Mary and John.

Mazikeen and Dean were very close as children, being close in age.

In 1982 Sam was born to Mary and John.

On November 2, 1983, Mary was killed in Sam's nursery by the demon Azazel, and in the ensuing fire Maze was tasked with carrying Sam and leading Dean out to safety while John unsuccessfully tried to rescue Mary. Since then, Maze has felt responsible for Sam and Dean and was always given the job to take care of them while they were growing up.

John began investigating the cause of Mary's death and in that course learned about the supernatural and the people who hunted them. John became a hunter himself, and trained Dean and Maze to be as well, though all hid the supernatural from Sam until he was 8 years old. The Winchesters constantly moved around the country, living in motels and the homes of John's hunter friends. Maze had a large hand in raising her brothers due to John's constantly being away to hunt.

At some point in her late teens Mazikeen met Wade Wilson.

- He was part of Canadian Special Ops and as such was in and out of the country often. (When he was in they were on; when he was out they were off)

- They wrote to one another

- He sent comic nude pictures or funny postcards that always made Maze laugh, no matter how much she missed him.

- When back in the country they met, without fail.

- Wade and Maze usually met up in New York at Sister Margaret's School for Wayward Children where they both met and befriended bar owner Weasel.

- Maze never told Wade about her deal or her final year and instead asked her brothers to tell him that it was a car accident that killed her.

When John went missing Maze and Dean go to Sam, whom they haven't seen for a few years, and asks for help finding John. The trio are initially unsuccessful, and at the end of the first weekend, Sam's girlfriend Jessica Moore dies the same way their mother did. Sam joins Dean and Maze on the road, hunting various supernatural creatures, tracking down their father and searching for the culprit behind the deaths of Mary and Jessica. After eventually reuniting with their father and coming into possession of the Colt, they prepare to strike back against the Demon, a powerful demon with yellow eyes known as Azazel. Failing to kill him, they are rammed into by a semitruck, sending Dean into a coma. Flatlining, Dean dies but is saved from death at the last second when John makes a deal with the Demon to save his life. After John's soul is taken by the Demon to Hell, Sam, Maze and Dean start hunting the Demon, who eventually kidnaps Sam. In a turn of events, Sam is stabbed and killed, forcing Maze to make a deal to save her brother's life. She is given a year to live. Maze, Dean and Sam are unable to stop the Demon from opening a gate to Hell and freeing Lilith. However, their father escapes as well and gives them the chance they need to kill the Yellow Eyed Demon.

While trying to cope with her impending death and make the best of her final year, Maze begins to start hunting the freed Demons. Meeting a seemingly helpful demon Ruby, Maze learns that she too may become a demon herself if she burns in Hell too long.

Learning Lilith has taken the throne of Hell from Azazel and holds Maze's life contract in her hands, the brothers and their sister eventually confront her. Unable to kill her, Maze is mauled to death by Hellhounds and her soul is dragged to Hell. There Lilith orders a demon called Alastair, the same demon whom Azazel had torture John, brutalize Maze.

May 2008: Maze's deal is done. She dies and her soul taken to hell. (Unlike the show, Maze is not rescued from hell by Castiel; because she is not needed by the angels – Michael's true vessel is still Dean)

3 days on Earth = 1 year in Hell.

6.6 years = 786 years in hell

Fall 2014:

Dean has returned from purgatory. He and Sam go looking for Kevin Tran. Crowley, Demon!Maze and a possessed Channing show up at the abandoned church where Sam, Dean and Kevin are hold up. Dean and Sam are angry and hurt over seeing Maze. Even angrier when they believe Crowley has some demon possessing her body. Maze proves it is still her in there just...demonic. Crowley offers to trade Channing for Kevin, proving that she is still alive by letting Channing talk. Kevin pretends to agree, but lures Crowley and Channing into a back room where he drops holy water on them, Dean and Sam face off with Maze who winks and allows them and Kevin to escape. In revenge, as the group leaves in the Impala, Crowley kills Channing while a horrified Kevin watches.

Maze continues to reappear in her brothers lives but they still distrust her.

It's not till the December after Castiel's return that things change between them. When the witch Delta shows up at the Tran's hideout with the ingredients for the demon-killing bombs Linda sprays her with holy water, she goes to the bathroom. When she gets back, Linda asks her why she only brought enough stuff to build one bomb. Delta tells them they need to pay her now if they want more, and Linda, angry, tells Kevin to get her purse. Too late, Kevin notices that Delta broke the salt line in front of one of the windows, and Crowley appears in the room with Maze. Delta made a deal with him, and he banishes her by snapping his fingers, tells Maze to kill Linda, and disappears with Kevin. Maze instead lets Linda call Sam and Dean asking for their help in getting Kevin back.

Linda is cautious about Maze but knowing she was once a Winchester helps a little.

Sam, Dean and Castiel drive to a meeting point and Linda arrives with Maze who just gives up the location of Crowley and Kevin.

Maze, Dean and Castiel along with Linda and Sam drive up to an abandoned factory in Atlantic, Iowa.

Dean threatens Maze with the demon killing knife if this ends up being a trap.

Sam handcuffs Linda to her car's steering wheel so that she won't get near Crowley, and then heads inside, where they split up.

Maze and Sam surprise four demons; Sam watches his big sister take them down easily; he also notes the actual fear in the demons eyes at the sight of her. Maze also happens to protect Sam at one point. They find and help the remaining six prophets escape.

Afterwards, Kevin is more determined than ever to close the gates of hell. Sam tells him and Linda that they can stay with Garth in the meantime. While they talk, Dean confronts Castiel about his recklessness going against Crowley alone. Castiel says that Dean is not responsible for everything, and especially not for Castiel being left behind in Purgatory. He touches Dean's forehead to make him relive the moment he escaped Purgatory so that he can see what really happened. Dean didn't lose his grip on Castiel's hand: Castiel pushed him away and told him to go. Castiel wanted to stay in Purgatory to do penance for the terrible things he'd done, and he had planned to stay all along. He finishes by telling Dean that he can't save everyone.

Dean then talks to Maze, saying that he know she didn't have to help them or protect Sam. She responds with 'Demon or not; you're still my baby brothers.....and Crowley's an asshole'Dean softens towards her after this. Seeing more of the old her under the demon.

When Dean becomes a Knight of Hell and subsequently cured by Sam, they turn to do the same for Maze. But Maze doesn't want to be human.

Castiel explained that whilst Dean was only a demon for little over a month, Maze has been one for far longer, the emotional trauma that would be inflicted upon her once human would be far worse then anything the brothers had suffered. Not to mention the memories of her 786 years in hell; whilst as a demon prove to have no effect; the humanity of her human form would take it too hard. They'd be lucky if she didn't drive herself mad or worse.

After this Maze and Dean talk, she explains that if he can't accept her as a demon then she couldn't stay. He said he couldn't; but that he did still love her. She responded with 'Demons don't feel love' to which Dean just smirked back at her, knowing it a lie, knowing that his demon of a sister did still feel love for him and Sam; she wouldn't continuously protect them if she didn't. And he knew she wouldn't have kept Wade's letters, photos and postcards if she didn't still feel something for him.

Maze left the Bunker after this and became a bounty hunter/mercenary.

Powers and Abilities:

Powers and Abilities:

Demon Physiology: As a demon, Mazikeen is far superior to a human, having augmented supernatural power.

Demonic Possession: Like angels, most demons (only known exceptions are Acheri and Daeva) require a human vessel or "meatsuit" to travel on Earth. Unlike angels, they do not need a person's consent. Also unlike angels, demons can possess corpses. Mazikeen was lucky enough to take back her own human body.

Immortality: As a demon, Mazikeen cannot be killed by ordinary means. She doesn't age and can live for millennia or possibly longer. She is also immune to diseases. Likewise, her vessel will never die nor age while possessed.

Invulnerability: Injuries that would be fatal to humans, such as broken necks or gunshot wounds, have very little - if any - effect on Mazikeen. She can only be killed by special weapons or rituals.

Superhuman Strength: Mazikeen possess superior physical strength compared to that of humans; capable of physically overpowering humans. She can also overpower most monsters. Once, a demon ripped open an airplane hatch with over 2 tons of pressure at over 1,000 feet above the ground easily.

Super Speed: Mazikeen is able to move far faster than a human being.

Animal Sound Mimicry: Maze can and enjoys to perfectly imitate the sound of a vicious dog barking and growling.

Electromagnetic Interference: Mazikeen often disrupts nearby electronics with her presence.

Flight: Only when in her smoke form.

Super Stamina: Mazikeen will never tire, and does not require food, water, oxygen, or sleep to sustain herself. She also do not get hot or cold and does not need to urinate.

Astral Perception: Mazikeen is able to see hidden supernatural activity and beings, such as Reapers, ghosts, and hellhounds.

Super Senses: Mazikeen has an enhanced sense of smell and taste.

Teleportation: Mazikeen is able to teleport from one place to another, without occupying the space in between.

Regeneration: Mazikeen can heal her body from any physical injury she sustains.

Telekinesis: Mazikeen can move or suspend objects and other beings with her mind.

Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Mazikeen has shown great, unarmed fighting skill.

Expert Stick Fighter: While in a bar fight Maze broke a wooden pool stick in two pieces and easily used them to defeat a group of attacking men.

Expert Stick Fighter: While in a bar fight Maze broke a wooden pool stick in two pieces and easily used them to defeat a group of attacking men

Expert Knife Combatant: Mazikeen has also shown great fighting skill with demon knives.

Persuasion: To a small degree, Mazikeen can convince people to make a decision that they think is their own.

Expert Torturer: Having been trained by Alastair, Mazikeen is an expert in how to torture humans and demons alike. Her skills at torture are such that even other demons fear her; Crowley has called her "the most skilled torturer Hell's ever known" and "Hell's most brutal torturer".
