She carries a maul that is almost comically too big for her. She's too proper for commoners, too wild for nobility. Suddenly, she's some holy symbol for a god she's not sure she believes in.

    Note-- I was inspired by a bunch of really great stories on here, as well as the masterful storytelling of the team at Bioware. I found myself having a lot of the conversations that made their way in here in my head at first, as I filled in the gaps of my character while I was playing the game. It will be long. I hope you like it!

    Summary

    This started as a simple Trevelyan/Cullen romance arc with my rogue Inquisitor Evelyn (reluctant Herald of Andraste, thief).
    Part 1 covers the events of DA:I. Part 2 is a continuation of that story, taking place sometime after the end of DA:I (and ignoring Jaws of Hakkon because, seriously?). Part 3 and Part 4 are shorter drabbles centering on the HOF and Varric, respectively. Part 5 is a retelling of the entire story from the POV of an OC, the soldier who decided to make multiple cameos in Part 1 without me realizing how important he really was.
