A collection of Samurai Champloo oneshots, most probably all of them Fuugen.

Summary
I know writing stories where Spike survives is considered dirty pool, but this is just an experiment. "Karma" is a series of vignettes exploring the relationships between Spike, Faye, and Jet now that they're alone on the Bebop. I'm writing this for my own joy and mean no disrespect to anyone else's interpretation of the series.
These vignettes are mostly written in present tense, for reasons which I hope will become clear as you work your way through them. A lot of people get annoyed by present tense, so if you're one of them, you might want to avoid reading this.

Bookmarker's Notes
I should have bookmarked this a long time ago. This a superbly written sequel to Cowboy Bebop. I've learned so much about writing, how to make it zing and pop, just from this fic. There's a dearth of Spike/Faye fanfic as it is, and I often return to this one to re-read the zingers.

Summary
A few months after their first meeting, thirteen-year-old Elizabeth finds that she cannot resist writing to Lieutenant Philip Mountbatten. If only she could think of something to say...
Inspired by the story of Elizabeth and Philip's first meeting (at the Royal Naval College in Dartmouth, 1939). An IRL moment that I couldn't resist playing with in fiction. This is totally how it went, right?
