Tin, a Slytherin 6th year, is the best Potions student in the school. Can, a 6th year Hufflepuff, is a walking disaster in Potions and most of his other classes. When Tin is bribed to tutor him, they'll learn that just because everyone believes in one thing doesn't make it true.

Lan Wangji had never thought of himself as Deaf. In fact, he had never thought of himself as deaf, or even hard of hearing. His family had discouraged those phrases, those words, those thoughts. He wore his implants and he was hearing, he fit in. It was simple for them and thus for him. The implant gave him hearing. So he was hearing.
But, somehow, the wasn't totally true. Was it?
(An AU in which most of the characters are Deaf/HoH and WWX is a Deaf Youtuber who posts every kind of video imaginable. This is just kind... exposition? It's literally LWJ finding WWX on Youtube and watching five years of videos and finding out all about his life through vlogs. Unfinished WIP at this time.)
