Summary
Josephine (Jo) is a junior in high school and best friends/ neighbors with an annoyingly smart Kim Namjoon. Hoseok is a transfer student from Korea and quite possibly the love of Josephine's life, if you don't count Chris Edwards from the 3rd grade, which Jo doesn't. But of course Hoseok is a catch and somehow Jo is helping him get with the Beyonce of the school. Jo is awkward and Clumsy. Zerin is tall, pretty and just Hoseok's type. Namjoon is cute too but nobody knows who he likes. Namjoon is also quick to notice Jo's school girl crush, and also finds himself liking Hoseok more than he thought he would.

Kim Namjoon has been living in the states for 10 years to further his education and make a better life for himself and his mom. He tutors, is a professor's student aide, and is starting his medical internship at a hospital. His plate is so full, it's beginning to spill everywhere.
Park Jimin is his best friend since Namjoon moved to the states and the person who introduces (???) him to Jungkook.
Jeon Jungkook is new to the University and the US. He's shy, doesn't make new friends easily, but he already has a best friend who lives here, and he finally has reunited with him once more.
Kim Taehyung is Jungkook's best friend of 6 years and Namjoon's cousin. He likes to meddle with things he really shouldn't and it doesn't help that Hoseok always cheers him on.
Jung Hoseok fancies himself an enabler. So when Taehyung does his meddling, Hoseok highly encourages him.
Kim Seokjin is childhood friends with Hoseok, which requires him to deal with Hoseok's friend's shit. Seokjin is also high school sweethearts with Yoongi.
