“You… got a good grade on our maths test?” Iori asked hopefully.
“... Nah, Iorin, I’m too dumb for that. I got a 47,” He muttered after a moment, “I did get a lead role in a drama, though!” He proceeded to hold up his script with a triumphant grin, allowing Iori to read the words Summer Prince on the front, the entire room erupting into whoops and claps.

“I… I understand, yes…” For what seemed like the millionth time that afternoon, a veil of silence fell over them, but Wataru just seemed to be thinking more than anything, calming Tomoya a little bit. “I’m not like that, you know. It’s simply not in my nature.”
“I, um, I know,” Tomoya muttered, suddenly feeling a bit stupid for mentioning it. Of course, Wataru wouldn’t be okay with it, he was so not-possessive that he was probably grossed out by even the idea of Tomoya being into that-
“Now, that doesn’t mean I can’t act like it.”
Well, that was unexpected.

Keito looked to his right, seeing Wataru’s long, long limbs sprawled out all over their (supposedly) shared bed, taking up over half of the mattress, leaving a very small sliver for Keito to sleep on.
Keito looked out the window, staring at the bright, bright moon through the branches of the plum tree on their front yard, shining down at him almost as if it was mocking his inability to sleep.

Sigh. This was going to be a long night.
