"Dance with me?" Hawks asks, pulling his face away from Dabi's chest, and looking up, finally.
Dabi's eyes are cobalt, deep, in the shadow of light cast from the kitchen behind him. If Hawks' counted in shades of blue, he thinks he'd find an ocean, a galaxy, and planets worth of blues in Dabi's eyes.
Dabi huffs, "I don't dance, birdie," he says, but the hand at the back of Hawks' head drifts and his palm cups Hawks' chin. His thumb traces over the bone of his jaw, up his cheek.

Summary
Dabi continues to hum though Hawks hears when he drops the pencil–feels as he Dabi wraps his other arm around Hawks and begins to sway to the growing lyrics.
"I know that you're an angel," Dabi sings against the shell of his ear, the sound is low and maybe a little off key but Hawks smiles nonetheless from where he presses his lips against the scarring of Dabi's neck. He continues singing, "But it's not your time to fly, now... We need you here on Earth... Stay right here..."

The story of how in spite of everything, Keigo Takami fell for Touya Todoroki.There’s this terrifying pull Hawks can feel behind his ribcage, lurching him forwards like the draw of a magnet, and it’s all gravitating towards this man with the twisted smile and cold, cold eyes.
It puts Hawks in the mind of times he’s stood on the edge of buildings, cliffsides, staggering heights and peered over the edge wondering what it would be like to take the leap, without the security of his wings promising to save him.
He knows people would think him crazy if they heard these kinds of thoughts, and it’s not like Hawks wants to cause himself any actual harm.
It’s just that he’s never been able to resist the curiosity of that strange force of gravity his Quirk rages against.
He wants to feel the fall.

For this season they apparently need a ‘bad boy’ to both balance out the hero contestant (why in hell is Hawks involved?) and to trash talk the show in interviews to appeal to audiences who don’t like the scripting. Getting sent on a vacation away from his annoying bandmates to complain and eat as much free food as he wants? Sold.

That's the fic.Rumi’s dog getting out of control and injuring a cyclist in the process wasn’t how Hawks had planned to spend his days off, but here he was. Luck had been on his side many times.
Maybe this was just life’s payback.
Especially if the bike guy is no other than Todoroki Touya, the eldest son of Endeavor.
