Summary
Kent Parson arrives in Vegas days before his eighteenth birthday. Devastated, angry, and hurt beyond measure at Jack's suicide attempt and the new distance between himself and the Zimmermann family, he's determined to never allow anyone close to him again.
But as he unintentionally grows closer to his teammates and to Swoops in particular, he finds himself questioning if it really is too late to start over, and if this time, it might just be worth the risk.

Summary
"I get my hair cut once a month." The admission leaves Dex's mouth before he has time to think twice, and the regret is instant when both Nursey and Shitty gasp dramatically at it. He knows they're teasing in the 'good way', but it still makes his stomach twist like every reminder that he does things in ways no one else seems to do.
"There's no way your hair grows fast enough to warrant a trim every month, brah."
Nursey's not totally wrong, but Dex has learned through years of experience that he can't go more than 36 days between haircuts before his hair grows just long enough to tickle his ears and neck constantly. The sensation is so overwhelming to him even as he grew up that the summer he sprained his ankle in junior high he'd ended up taking his father's shaver and buzzing his entire head when he couldn't walk the five blocks to the barber.
~ Or a series of vignettes about Dex's life on the autism spectrum from childhood to college.

Summary
Dex rolls his eyes from the armchair next to Nursey. He’s been doing that a lot ever since they arrived about an hour ago, like Nursey immediately charming the socks off of Dex’s family is all some sort of prank. Like Nursey is only being polite in order to rile Dex up.
Which... Okay, fair. Dex’s annoyance is definitely a perk.
(or: Dex invites Nursey home for Thanksgiving, and Nursey falls in love a little harder.)

Summary
This is it. This is senior year unfolding in front of him with every breath he takes and there's nothing he can do to slow it down, no matter how deep he digs his nails in.
In nine short months, Nursey is going to graduate and stumble into his post-college, adult life with a degree and no real plan of what’s next or where he’ll end up living. He knows his moms would love it if he moved back to the City, but he’s fallen in love with Boston to the point that the clear-cut definition of the City that he came here with has started to blur.
Maybe he'll never taste Dex's—or Bitty's, he supposes—baking again or wince at Chowder’s random, painful-looking splits or fine Farmer and him for some insanely saccharine PDA. For all he knows, come graduation, he'll lose sight of the rest of the Frogs and it'll be just him wherever the fuck he ends up.
The universe seems to hear him—the back door cracks open, through his thoughts that threaten to spiral again, and then it's Dex’s voice saying, "Hey, Nurse."
Or, the one in which Nursey fears the end of senior year before it's even begun and Dex knows just the way to make it better.
