My Kingdom Is As Great by TardisIsTheOnlyWayToTravel is a fun crossover. It's brilliantly thought out and a really interesting read. There's three parts, and I kind of wish there was more of it - but where it ends does work well, I'm just being greedy.

    Summary

The Fae king and queens have gone away, closing the knowes behind them and abandoning their offspring to the mortal world. As the Fae have spread far and wide, their bloodlines thinning if not vanishing forever as they flee from mortal persecution... two Fae have found a way to reopen the knowes - Kayleigh Day and Tetsuji Moriyama. The Fae regroup once more, the balance of power shifted amongst them, and 'changelings' appear now and then in the mortal population.

Andrew Doe is one of those changelings, a young child suffering in the foster system, shunned by his peers for some reason and hearing voices in his head.

Alex - the latest name gifted to him by a charm - is on the run along with his mother from his father, using their talents as shadow walkers to slide between worlds and stay one step ahead of the powerful Fae. Except even that is not enough anymore. Except that's not Alex's only talent.

An urban fantasy where I throw Fae, necromancy and magic at TFC characters, pretty much!

Heartlines by nekojita is a wickedly complicated and complex fae-ry story. The world is brilliantly imagined, and I'd rec it for that alone but I really enjoyed the way nekojita wrote everyone in this. I particularly enjoyed Andrew and Neil - so familiar, and yet so different from canon.

May Demons Rest: Shinigami Sleeps 2017 by The Manwell (Manniness) is a beautifully complex read. This fic deals with the concequences of war. Duo and Trowa are well written and believeable. Before you know it you'll find yourself hooked!

Warheads by ExecutiveShrimp is a glorious 01x02 fic that's narrated (mostly) by Duo. It deals with what it means for soldiers after the war. There are a few typos and spelling/grammar mistakes but ExecutiveShrimp's plot more than makes up for them. This fic will suck you in, and you'll want to keep reading until you reach the end. Which isn't to say it's an easy read, sometimes it's hard but I kept going hoping they'd get their hea.

Draw Your Swords 'verse by Sarai of Umardelin (anissa7118) is a brilliantly written piece that anyone who watched and loved Labyrinth (1986) will enjoy. I love the way Sarah and Jareth's relationship is written in this. It's a fun read. It's not finished yet, but don't let that put you off - what there is, is awesome.
