    Summary

John Watson has returned from Afghanistan and could use a little, ok maybe a lot, of help. Fortunately his friend Mike knows someone who can work with him and doesn’t have a waiting list, though Mike does have a little, ok maybe a lot, of reservations about the man’s unconventional approach...

I always enjoy "John in therapy" stories. This time, Sherlock is the (unqualified) therapist, and still gets to the bottom of some of John's issues. Would be interesting to see a sequel in this universe.

Go to the Sentinel/Guide conference, Lydia said. It’ll be useful, Lydia said. You might even find your Sentinel, Lydia said, because of course in the ridiculous town of Beacon Hills that’s full of supernatural creatures there is precisely one Sentinel of the right age and Parrish is already her Guide.

    Bookmarker's Notes

Interesting Sentinel/Guide crossover with Teen Wolf, Stargate, and other series. I would probably get more out of it if I'd seen anything but The Sentinel, but this series is entertaining anyway.
**Lots of typos and missing words, but still worth reading.**

All Faye really wanted was to sit on the beach, knit socks, and eat ice cream for the next couple decades. It was all going really well until the two twits next door moved in. Could someone please tear out the page of the OED that defines 'subtle' and staple it to Grant's head?

“Steve says you're a friend of his.” Tony observed.

“He's delusional. He dented my house with his damn shield. I hate him. He's an asshole. I'm only here because humans make a horrible mess when they bleed. If his alleged dogs don't stop bothering my cat, I'm going to let the cat EAT THEM.”

Really entertaining fanfic of a fanfic. Possibly better than the inspiration fanfic, and definitely an improvement on canon. Lots of cameos from other canons and universes. Great character voices, too.

Enough to turn me into an Avengers etc. fan. Typical -- Francesca kicked off my Sentinel phase, too.
I love the anthropological awareness: dialect, idiom, clothing, generational time slips in behavior.
OK, now join the chorus: "It's like Grand Central Station in here!"
