Twenty years ago werewolves and vampires came out and demanded their civil rights, since then things haven't gone so good. Most live in squalor, poverty, are poorly educated, exploited and discriminated against. Stiles Stilinski runs SIS - Stilinski's Integration Services offering a technology based education program to vamps and werewolves wanting to have a chance at intergrating into mainstream society. Stiles is approached by born werewolf Derek Hale and accepts him as a client, unaware that neither of their lives will ever be the same.

Pretty good story.
Derek is a little different here. Talks different really.
Finstock is described as stocky. So he seems written differently too.
Sex only happens twice.
Finstock does get Pinky in the end lol
I really thought that the danger was gonna rap up too quickly but it actually didn't it. It flowed right how fast Stiles was kidnapped and ultimately saved by Derek and Chris.
Part 1: Derek finds himself a place in his sisters pack.
Stiles finds himself homeless in New York.
Together, they find home.
Part 2: Just because you're happy, does not mean all your problems are solved.

Stiles is unfortunately absent during the start of an outside pack visit and returns home mid-week to find the visiting Alpha's human daughter all over Derek. He really wasn't going to keep his mouth shut...

Stiles stops in front of the how-to books and mutters under his breath, "DIY Plumbing? Resume Writing? Come on, where's the stuff this town actually needs: Druids and You; Protective Circles for Dummies; How to Face a Coven and Still Graduate on Time?"
Listening discreetly at the front of the shop, Derek nearly knocks over a display rack.
"Even a flamethrower assembly guide. That might work."
[An AU where Derek owns a Beacon Hills book store, and Stiles has a monster to kill.]
Stiles goes to a Halloween party on campus to blow off some steam after a stressful week of midterms. He doesn't expect the party to be crashed by both a supernatural predator and Derek Hale.
