Yuuri insists on being there for Victor's first performances when he returns to the ice for Nationals. The problem is, it ends less than a day before Yuuri's own Nationals in Japan, but Yuuri is being strangely stubborn. Being a coach and skating competitively at the same time is giving Victor more than his fair share of troubles, but they agreed that they would be there for each other- or at least, that's what Yuuri thinks the agreement is.
Somehow, between rushed connecting flights and disrespecting competition policies, Victor relents. He is upset about having to leave Yuuri alone for his competition, knowing the other's slight dependence on him.
But perhaps Yuuri's not the dependent one of the two.
