During the day, Glynda Goodwitch was the stern second in command to Headmaster Ozpin. Where her superior was sympathetic and perhaps even too kind to the future Huntsmen and Huntresses who would one day protect Remnant from the forces of evil, Glynda was the one who straightened them out with lectures, extra homeworks, and punishment when needed.
But Ozpin was still the boss, and Glynda always deferred to his decisions.But at night, when the students were back in the dorms for curfew, and Glynda set foot in Ozpin's private apartments, hidden under the Clock Tower and inaccessible to anyone who didn't know the way in, the tables were turned.

Summary
Qrow has always had a hard time dealing with the shitty hand he was dealt. It wasn’t until he met Ozpin that he started to feel like maybe life wasn’t so bad. Helping Oz and protecting his nieces are the two main things that get Qrow out of bed in the morning. When he introduced the girls to their Uncle Oz he didn’t expect anything to come of it. Boy was he wrong.

Oscar thought he was going to die as he fell from the Relic Chamber in Atlas, only to find himself waking up in his own bed, back on the farm. With no voice in his head, old scars now fresh, and the certainty that all he could remember was real, he sets out to try to change things.
Ozpin finds himself fixated on a single name and the feeling of falling. There is something missing but he can't tell what.

For Ozpin, routine is everything. The uneventful little life he's carved out for himself as humble High school English Teacher provides plenty of fulfillment all on it's own.
But when old college friends pass away suddenly, tapping him as the new legal guardian of their only son, that simple hollowing routine is thrown out the window, and in its place starts a new life with unexpected changes and developments at every turn. Somewhere along the way he'll have to learn what Parenthood really means, and how important family can be.
