In which Harry is propelled into a world where magic is trapped in baubles, monsters scavenge among rubbish and the Planet bleeds to make fighters stronger, but friendship, at least, is still friendship.

    Summary

Ever since Steve and Tony's spat (also known as the pissing contest that tore the Avengers apart) things have been a little strained. They all cope with it in their own ways. Rhodey tries not to have a heart attack every time Tony says something that causes him stress, Natasha and Tony eat Chinese food in Tony's workshop and don't talk about anything important, Clint ignores all the advice given to him by Neil-the-therapist, and Steve continues to choose his unstable, manic depressive friend over his other equally-unstable manic depressive friend.

    Enter, Peter Parker.

(Who would've thought it would be miscommunications about Tony's non-biological kid that bring the team back together?)

    Summary

Clint leans over to her, his eyes wide.

“I thought I was the only Avenger with kids,” he whispers.

“I think Scott has a daughter,” Natasha says, pouring herself coffee. “Katy, right? No, Cassie.”

Clint gives her a dirty look. “You could’ve told me. They’re so similar, Tasha. I mean, Jesus.”

“Wait,” says Natasha. “You actually think that—,”

“Hey, Nat,” says Peter, looking up from the waffle iron for the first time. “Do you want a waffle? I think Mr. Stark has some whipped cream, and I have skittles and gummy bears to add flavor and texture.”

OR: The Avengers meet Spiderman via the online world, and then meet Peter Parker in Stark's living room. It takes them longer than it should to put two-and-two together.

    Summary

Harry by now should know better than to touch things that he'd been assured were harmless.

Too bad that circumstances aligned to give him no other choice, resulting in him and his godson being tossed back nearly a century into the past leaving him with a significant choice to make: did he keep his head down and try and avoid changing the future?

Or did he take a very deliberate step off of the pre-worn path and see if a few changes - just here or there - could create a better future for everyone, including him.

    Summary

Fairytales are simple: there's a hero, a villain, and a happy ending waiting on the last page of the storybook. For Harry, he's defeated the villain, but as for the happy ending, he's...still working on that part. For Tom, he's not even sure how he'll fight his villains off.

They meet somewhere in the middle.

(Or, in which Tom and Harry go through the loops and hurdles of trying to make a home.)
