Summary
Here we go, Pewdie thinks, and charges through with a battle cry.
And stops when he finds no zombie on the other side of the door. There is someone there though, a living person, and he is covered in blood and guts and holding up a bloody shovel. They stare at each other in disbelief for a long time and Pewdie thinks he needs to say something to break the awkward silence between them.
"Heheh..uh, how's it goin' bro?" is the first thing he says to the first living person he comes across after three weeks of surviving the zombie apocalypse on his own.

Summary
“What the fuck, Connor?” Gavin almost screeched, glaring up at the android in disbelief before he suddenly noticed the very few distinctive details he was stupid enough not to see until now.
Grey eyes. Connor’s eyes were brown. He knew they were brown. He remembered the way the corners crinkled when Connor gave him that awkward toothy smile that day he tried to stop it in the archive room. But this one had grey eyes. It had a different jacket. The lettering on the breast of the jacket read ‘RK900’.
“You’re not Connor.”

“Remember the footage we watched?” Wes said quietly, as if they were sharing secrets and were afraid someone might be listening, and Travis nodded in return. “His eyes?” Wes continued. “The way they glowed, it seemed...I don’t know-”
“Supernatural?” Travis suggested.

Summary
Dean and Sam return to Boulder, CO, where they investigate a haunted school. The job seems simple enough to Sam, who has good, although vague, memories of living in Boulder back in 1992, when John Winchester rented a single-wide trailer, and the boys were able to walk home from school together. Dean, however, has altogether different memories, far less pleasant and far more damaging. It's during the investigation that Sam discovers the secret that Dean doesn't realize he's been hiding.
This story is set in the present day and in the past. It is not wincest.

Summary
A piece of rebar to the heart wasn't really the way Dean had planned to go out, but these things happen. It's over now; everything's over, and now he's in Heaven. It's a beautiful Heavenly day, on a beautiful Heavenly road, and there's even a Heavenly cassette tape playing a perfect Heavenly song. The last war is over; they won it all, victorious at last, and now all Dean wants to do is drive.
The song plays, and Dean drives.
At last he's at peace.
Or is he?

Summary
Chuck is depowered, Jack is the new god, and the world is free. Dean and Sam get into the Impala and chase down the miles on an endless highway, and their story is finally, finally their own to follow. At least, that's what Dean tells himself. But the diners and motels and painted interstate lines are blurring together and the smallest details keep catching at his brain like tiny fishhooks and he can't quite shake the feeling that not everything is exactly as it should be.

Fix-it/alternate series finale. Canon-compliant through the end of 15.19.Bookmarked by liliwick_the_WORD

Bookmarker's Notes
it is almost a relief to read this and to perceive the end of 15x19 and the rest of 15x20 as a separate pocket dimension where sam and dean drive forever and didn't think about everyone they loved for the last 15 years.
thus this reads a lot like a more likely version of what happened, following possible speculative plotlines that make more sense. it would also make sense that the very thing that broke sam and dean out of the illusion was remembering cas because how can the loss of such an important person in their lives leave them both (and especially dean) blissfully contented and at peace?
cannot wait for this one to complete.

Summary
Dean Winchester’s been camp manager of a science research station on the Alaskan tundra for thirteen years. Dean likes his job; fixing the camp trucks, troubleshooting the generators, keeping clueless undergrads and NSF bigwigs from walking into grizzly bears or getting lost in snowstorms — it’s all in a day’s work. It keeps him pretty busy, and this year his brother Sam's visiting too, so he's even busier. So it’s really not any of Dean’s business when some weirdo antisocial ornithologist sets up a tent a few miles away, a dark-haired blue-eyed guy who’s doing a “very long-term" study on birds or wings or something, and who never, ever takes off his big lumpy backpack. But then the new guy starts dropping by camp for coffee and... well, he’s not officially part of camp; he's not Dean’s responsibility; he’s really not Dean’s problem at all, but when a strange blizzard comes sweeping in, Dean gets worried and goes to check. Thing is, Dean's spent years in the sweeping vistas of the Arctic. He knows all about the midnight sun and the northern lights, the ice caves and avalanches, the rough-and-ready Haul Road truckers and the even rougher-and-readier wild animals. But even so, what he finds is much more than he bargained for.

Bookmarker's Notes
"Cas reached up a hand, and gently – so gently – put it against Dean’s cheek.
Dean held his head up for a long moment, trying to keep himself together, keep it all in, be still, be silent. He gritted his teeth against the feeling in his chest, against the blazing of his happiness –
And then, he let go.
He closed his eyes, and breathed out. And leaned into the touch."
(better review later sja. enjoyed this so much!)
