After a run-in with a villain with a de-aging quirk, number one hero and Symbol of Peace, Midoriya "Deku" Izuku finds himself 14-years-old again, with memories only of a time before he had ever met All Might, before his life had changed forever.
As he slowly returns to his proper age over the course of the next two weeks, Izuku rediscovers parts of himself he never knew he'd lost, has a couple of conversations long overdue, and causes hell for his friends and family alike with his lack of self-preservation instincts.

“I think we should try it.”
“...What?” Midoriya’s staring at him like a deer in headlights, slightly crumpled newspaper front page still clutched in his fist, and if Todoroki leans over he can read the headline: Former #1 Hero All Might and #2 Hero Endeavor Prodigé’s Secret Romance?!
“A date.” Todoroki says, more calmly and collected than he thought was humanly possible.
(or, in which Todoroki learns a little bit about his friends, himself, and his long time crush on Midoriya Izuku, not necessarily in that order)

He was minding his own business, sitting in a movie theater in Queens, snacking on popcorn and wondering how many times he could make fun of Johnny Storm’s hair before Aunt May asked why he was so fixated, when the trailers ended, the lights went out, and Johnny appeared on the screen.
Peter’s mouth went dry, and it wasn't because of the popcorn.
Maybe it was the distance the movie gave him, Johnny up on a screen instead of right in front of him, warm and bright and frighteningly human. Maybe it was how endearingly terrible of an actor he was. Maybe it was the lighting.
It was, Peter thought, probably the cowboy boots.
