主流结合是AO结合，BB结合，其中AB结合BO结合生育都低下。Alpha男性几乎没有怀孕可能，Beta男性通过生殖技术介入可以怀孕，Omega男性怀孕可能较高。
其中Alpha和Omega具有腺体，受信息素影响而发情，AO可标记。
Beta无腺体，感受不到信息素，社会普遍认为AB或BO结合是没有保障的。
