Zishu sputters. He doesn't say it's not okay, which he would if that was the case. Instead he trips over his own tongue for a while before blurting, "You're married, Beiyuan! Your husband is -"
"Enjoying the show," Beiyuan finishes with laughing eyes, and Zhou Zishu casts a bewildered glance over to Wu Xi to find that indeed, those dark eyes are hungry and posture languid.

Summary
Zhou Zishu works in law enforcement in the biggest city on the new planet, although his dedication to the law is questionable at best.
Perhaps the best example of this is the lustful man who runs the nearby noodle shop - the one who is almost certainly leading the biggest crime syndicate around.
With real chicken in his food though, and - although Zhou Zishu is reluctant to admit it - animal attraction between the two of them, well...Zhou Zishu may as well have never heard of Ghost Valley at all.

Summary
Many an unethical research center or lab has been destroyed by its own tortured products. This one is one of the messiest aftermaths Zishu has seen. He doesn't doubt Beiyuan would say much the same were he to be asked.
It looks like a man. He's tall, dressed in nothing but a hospital gown. At least it's probably a hospital gown. It's hard to tell, as caked in blood and gore as it is. As he is.
Splish, splash, he ambles along in a stilted, awkward gate. Not like he's injured, but like he's not sure how his own knees are meant to work.
"Is it sentient?" Zishu murmurs, barely a whisper. Low enough that it shouldn't hear. It does anyway.

Summary
Word has spread in recent years of a temple on Mount Qingya that houses the god themselves.
If one goes to pray to the White Death, they may just get a miracle for their efforts; as long as they are careful not to offend, of course, lest they be carried out as a corpse.
The Prince wishes to ask this god quite the favor; help in seizing the throne. How fortunate that all he asks in return is Zhou Zishu.

The Ghost Valley Master’s grin widened, a manic glint in his eyes. “I want you to come back to the Ghost Valley with me and be my little toy.”
Zhou Zishu met the Ghost Valley Master’s gaze unwaveringly, not backing down.
At least the bastard wasn’t beating around the bush. The question was just to what extent the Valley Master meant it. That he would have to let the man fuck him, probably whenever and wherever he wanted, was clear – but would it just be the Valley Master?
Another problem was that he didn’t know if the man would even keep his word. The Masters of the Ghost Valley weren’t exactly known for being honorable men. But it was the best bet he had. It was either this or certain death for them all.
