The demon arrives from the blue expanse beneath the clouds one day, from the space between heaven and earth, waltzing in as if he had been invited to a morning brunch. The slaughter that ensues left the marble floors stained with streaks of carmine and scattered with broken feathers, yet the demon stands among the carnage with an expression of almost cheerful delight. Then… he simply dissipates his blades of flowing water, already dyed red with spilled blood, and allows the angels to clasp golden shackles around his wrist.
"I hear there is a Seraphim within these halls. Where is he?"

"It primarily presents as…" Zhongli flushes, but his voice sounds completely composed as he goes on saying, "as an intense desire for sexual release, potentially leading to climaxes with very little touch or provocation. That may be what is happening here."
Tartaglia is expecting a normal evening with Zhongli, but the pollen throws a wrench into those plans.

A rain of stone pillars were pulled from the broken earth and raised high, striking with intense ferocity that caused tremors that could be felt for kilometres. And yet, somehow, this finicky mortal had dodged all of them with steps that moved fluidly with the shape of his legs and body.
A strong, fluid style of movement, despite its rough exterior. An odd sense of sensuality and rugged charm.
It matched its owner well.

Zhongli moves closer, walking up to him. “The beaches of Liyue are picturesque and kind in their waves, don’t you think?” He reaches down and picks up a starconch, blows off the sand on top. He steps closer, grasping Childe’s hand gently, and placing the shell on top.
Childe’s hand is burning, as if it was lit on fire.
(Or, Zhongli and Childe being awful at emotions, and also handling how touch-starved they are differently.)
