He was eating curses. One, after another, after another, after another, after another, like there was no end to them, like this was some kind of nightmarish buffet with no cost, no limit, his hands fumbled messily and he felt his palm mash against his teeth, sometimes a spare dripping or tendril would lash acidly against his cheek or burn a line down his chin, and still he kept eating and eating and eating, nauseous with the grease of swallowed blood, and it took him a long time, too long, to realize this was not some terrible dream, or an exaggerated memory, or even hell. He was simply still alive.

Summary
During a villain attack, Deku is hit with the mysterious gas-type Quirk, which makes the affected incredibly ill with a wasting sickness, depending on how in love they are with someone. The only known cure is for him to fall out of love with the object of his affection.
Eager to have his friend and hero partner back, Katsuki wants to help him heal, having no idea that he's the one Izuku loves. The heroes must work to track down the group of villains behind the attack and to determine their motivations while Deku's in the hospital.
Through his attempts to help Deku with his plight, Katsuki comes to realize his own feelings and he's desperate to have at least one moment with Deku before it's too late, and hopefully, the heroes will discover an alternate cure, so the two of them can be together.

Summary
Katsuki nips at his bottom lip and licks across it just because he can. "Lift up."
Obediently, Izuku lifts his hips and only shakily sighs when Katsuki tugs his pants down lower. His ass gets exposed to the afternoon sunlight, and Katsuki flips him over to spread the cheeks apart and get a clear view.
Izuku squeezes his thighs together, shocked, but buries his face in his crossed arms as he lets Katsuki do what he wishes.
