Kuroo looks at him urgently, his words coming out too fast. “Tsukki. Can I ask you for a favor? And when you answer, please bear in mind how pathetic I am.”
“What is it?” asks Tsukishima warily.
“Be my boyfriend for five minutes.”
One V-league party. One Gym Three group chat. One toxic ex, one missed train, one pair of pajamas, and one designer couch. And two snarky guys with walls around their hearts: aloof; dry-humored; too clever to be honest; too damaged to let themselves be vulnerable; and too oblivious to see what they mean to each other.
Spoiler alert: the walls fall down. Oh, and Bokuto puts stuff in his nose.
“So, um…” Shouyou turns back to the flower shop workers, both wearing the same amused face. He makes eye contact with the blond one—‘Tsumu, he’s pretty sure. “What do you say? Wanna be friends, ‘Tsumu?”
Which might have been the wrong thing to say, if the bright shade of red ‘Tsumu’s face turns is anything to go by. He hasn’t blinked, which would be unsettling, if he didn’t look like he’d just fallen over his feet and headfirst into Shouyou.
When Natsu and Osamu set up their clueless siblings on a date, they aren't expecting it to go as well as it did. Shouyou and Atsumu just want their siblings off their backs. Shouyou refuses to catch feelings in the process.
Iwaizumi Hajime is in the middle of a huge dilemma. His friend's wedding is coming up, and he needs a date! Any of his recent dates would start dreaming of a ring for their own left hand. Worse, not having a date will leave him at the mercy of a setup by his meddlesome sisters. Having no choice, he turned to an online dating site and to his delight discovered Oikawa Tooru. They made a bargain; Tooru will get his help for his research and he'll get a fake date for the wedding. What both of them didn't bet on was the sizzling attraction between them...
Miya Atsumu’s rules for successful cohabitation are very simple:
1) What you do with your room is your business, but keep your mess out of my space. Yes, that includes common spaces. We’re college students, not animals.
2) Don’t interrupt me when I’m studying. Focus is a scarce resource in this household and must be taken full advantage of on the rare occasion it strikes.
3) If you must bring someone home after a night out for a tryst, WARN ME. I do NOT want to hear it and I would like to be able to plan accordingly.
Equipped with these rules, Atsumu is pretty sure he’s more than ready for whatever his new roommate has to throw his way. Unfortunately for him, Hinata Shouyou seems hell-bent on proving him wrong.
On the first day of their stay at the Olympic village, Bokuto Koutarou opens up his athletic trainer’s duffel bag. The last thing he expects to find is a jewellery box.
Without thinking, he reaches out, pries the box out of its hiding place, and opens it:
There is a ring inside.
