Summary
In Carcosa, Arizona, a series of disappearances at an obscure slot canyon trail draw Dean's attention. With no bodies or bones left to be found, something is picking the lost souls clean. Cas opts to join Dean in following the long and secluded trail that leads to more mysteries than answers.
A few nights' camp under the stars, cowboy-style, should be fun. But strange dreams, simmering tensions, and dangerous forces are at play in Sidewinder Canyon, and Dean must wonder if it was bold to assume they'd make their way out where others failed.

Cas wants to. He so badly wants to scream out a prayer in Dean’s name, but he knows it’s not what Dean really wants. He hates these stupid games.

Summary
Dean saw his first real ghost at age seven and a half. There’s an entry in his dad’s journal about it. What John doesn’t know is that Dean’s known about ghosts since he was four. His mother was dead but she was also right there, following him around the house, smiling at him, watching over him. Dean knew if he opened his mouth she would disappear in a cloud of smoke, the shape of which he'd seen curl up and out of the window the night she died. So, for the three weeks and four days that they lived in that house in Lawrence again, he didn’t say a word.

Summary
Dean, feverish and unsteady since he touched the First Blade, collapses in the middle of the hunt for Abaddon. Sam calls on Castiel, who can tell them only that something is very wrong with Dean’s soul—and that the other angels can sense it. As the Mark of Cain grows bigger and uglier and his dreams get weirder, an increasingly sick and pissed-off Dean chafes against Castiel’s hands-on brand of concern and his strained relationship with Sam.
Kevin, meanwhile, may be dead, but he and his mother have a plan anyway, and Dean might be the guy to make it happen.

Summary
Depressed, single, and in his mid-30s, Dean spends his days cycling through the same mundane routine—going to work as a software engineer at the most popular LGBTQ+ dating app in the country, returning home after work, and drinking himself into a stupor until he repeats the same cycle the next day ad infinitum.
When he receives a new assignment to create an Artificial Intelligence to communicate with people via the app, he finds himself falling head-over-heels, starry-eyed in love with an AI named Castiel. There are several problems with that, not the least of which is that Cas doesn’t even have a body. That’s right. Dean’s in love with a self-actualized robot, whose voice comes out of his computer.
But what if there were a way to give Castiel a body? Well, then Dean might just become the prime example of a person willing to do anything for love.
