Summary
The present was perfect, a gift he hadn’t expected. The Angels above could not come up with better blessings. If that moment had stretched on forever, Thomas would not have envied himself the loss of life or death, believing himself to be in heaven all along. The music crested, and his heart swelled with it, full of love for the man bringing him such contentment. This wasn’t simple happiness, or even joyous bliss. It was comfort, and satisfaction, and home. It was a memory that would remain, forever stitched into his very being.
The sounds began to fade, the piece coming to an end…
And the silence threatens to swallow him whole.
Alastair dies, and I am truly sorry. Yes, this is related to the carving at the Scholomance.

Summary
Eddie has a surprising amount of muscle definition going on in the forearm region. Jamie has witnessed, on four separate occasions, someone do a double take at Eddie’s forearm. Karen from HR still bears the nickname ‘Mugbreaker’ after Eddie turned the corner near her office, coming face to face with her just as he rubbed a hand through the hair at the nape of his neck, exposing the wiry flex of muscle between wrist and elbow, and Karen famously dropped a cup of coffee all over the floor. Ergo, either Eddie goes to the gym, or he’s on steroids.
Eddie is the kind of man who keeps a makeshift itemised medicine cabinet in his third desk drawer, with a padlock on the handle, the key for which he keeps in the inside pocket of his suit jacket, and who administers a library style check-out system of medication whenever anyone asks for a Paracetamol.
Eddie is probably not on steroids.

Summary
I enjoyed Agatha's POV, and wanted her to have a chance to find out about Simon and Baz and to tell her old friends what she really had been feeling all those years. So, I decided to write my own version in which she does!
In 3rd person, because 1st person narration is not really my area. I anticipate 3 relatively short, self-contained but connected stories. All will be rated T for swearing and occasional mature topics. I am American, so American slang and misspelling may occasionally (or frequently) appear, but I'll do my best to fix them where noted. Concrits and Brit-picks much appreciated!

Summary
Agatha laughs and scrolls up to see the picture. Same old Penny. Always wasting magic on hair colour when a talented stylist could match that colour and put a little product in her hair for once to tame that -
Agatha squints at her phone. Taps the picture to expand it. Pinches and zooms in on the upper right-hand corner above Penny's left shoulder.
Blinks.
