It's like entropy--inaccessable energy in a system. To have magic is to break the rules of your universe, and to become a magical girl is to take that power and use it for good.
April 10th, Izuku broke the rules of his universe, and now, with the world facing a growing, seemingly indomitable threat, he and his Handyman get ready for the ride of a lifetime.
This story thus details Midoriya Izuku's life as a magical girl in the world of heroes.
This is a "Crack Treated Seriously" story, in which a completely implausible and ridiculous scenario is treated almost as seriously as any other fictional work, save for some cases of humor.

By day Izuku Midoryia is a regular kid. Well, about as regular as he can get anyway. He does his school work, he loves his family, he helps out his brother, normal things. Once the sun goes down though he's a vigilante and he goes around fighting crime. He's not alone of course; his brother Dabi is with him. He's Dabi's side kick and together they do a lot of good. Hero's can't take care of everything you know so vigilantes have to be around to pick up the slack.
While vigilantes recognize heroes as necessary part of society, heroes consider vigilantes a problem. One that keeps growing as the number of vigilantes increases. At this point heroes are looking to not only catch the vigilantes but also maybe convince them to become heroes instead.
Izuku isn't really concerned until attention is drawn to him. He's only 15, clearly a child, and pro-heroes are very concerned he's out fighting crime at this age. He's doing things even a UA student wouldn't be allowed to yet. He's clearly talented with a powerful but mysterious quirk. He'd make an amazing hero if they could put him on the right path.
This will be more difficult than they expect as the last thing Izuku wants is to be a hero.

“La Douleur Exquise”: [French] Loving something you can’t have
Todoroki is the human equivalent of ‘perfect’. Google ‘perfect’ and Bakugo guaran-fucking-tees you’ll find a wiki link to Shoto Todoroki. Such a sickeningly ‘perfect’ individual would of course only have the best of the best when it came to a Soulmark. Because life, the universe, and fate just fucked that way.
Bakugo couldn’t give a fuck less if Todoroki’s Mark was an etch-a-sketch imprint of the Queen herself, Katsuki Bakugo wasn’t gonna let that step in the way of him being the best.
Because fuck Shoto Todoroki.

Midoriya Izuku, by his idol, was told that he couldn’t be a Hero. The hope he held for so long was shattered in an instant. However, he wouldn’t—couldn’t let things end there. He was only told that he couldn’t be a Hero because no Quirkless had become one before. He was going to be a Hero. No matter what preconceptions existed against Quirkless people and Hero-ship. He was going to show the world that Heroes don't have to be born. They can be made.

Midoriya Izuku has few simple rules to follow in life.
1. Always respect your mother.
2. Help people in need.
3. Always have plan B (just in case, you never know).
But after today he perhaps should add one more rule:
When a creepy guy with black, messy hairs that float from time to time, insomnia look and constant “I’m so done with this shit” look tell you to run, you DO NOT start an argue with him. You run.
