- Teen Wolf (TV) (1)
Steve reads the note that greeted him in his locker again. Reads it three times.
Lunch just started. He has forty-five minutes to get in line and get a good tray, one of the ones with a sandwich that's made with not stale Wonder Bread and a fresh apple. If he leaves now he can have that. He can have that for himself, and he deserves it. Because the last couple months have been a lot, frankly, and he deserves some nice fluffy Wonder Bread and a nice crunchy golden delicious, and if he leaves any later, even thirty seconds from now, he won't get any of it.
But then he reads the note again. It's scribbly writing so bad it's kind of hard to decipher. But he's stared at the thing for five minutes now and knows there's some irony here.
Girl's bathroom. Right fucking now.
But the note isn't the worst part.
It's the little blocky BH it's signed with.

The Summer of July 1985 had changed everything.
Billy survives the night at Hawkins Mall, but not unscathed. Now, with the rest of the year ahead of him, he is left to come to grips with his life after his close brush with death. Life will never be the same.
The Summer of 1985 leaves Steve Harrington feeling aimless and isolated. With each passing year, life continues to spiral out of his control. Tragedy in Hawkins has begun to feel inevitable. Still, he resolves to help others where and when he can - even when that someone turns out to be none other than Billy Hargrove.
- Re-upload. Formerly titled "winds of change"
Steve Harrington, former king of Hawkins High School is trying to adjust to his quickly declining social status. Between gay slurs, locker room fights, and mending a broken heart, Steve starts to find himself making friends with the person who knocked him off his throne to begin with. But Billy Hargrove is unpredictable and Steve doesn't always understand his motives.
Or, Steve gets picked on and beat up and Billy isn't the reason why.
Steve sits back on his heels. Well, fuck. “Alright,” he says, thinks for a second, thinks, fuck it. “Can I take you home?”
“You think I can show up like this?” Billy laughs again, but this time it’s humorless. “Fuckin’ - offend Susan and her delicate fuckin’ sensibilities? Shit.”
“Stay at my place,” Steve says, doesn’t give himself time to think about it, to talk himself out of it. Does he want Billy Hargrove in his fucking house?, something that sounds like Nancy Wheeler asks in his head, and something that sounds a lot more like himself answers a resounding yes.
- Part 1 of smoke signals
A month has passed since the Gate closed, and the only thing Steve cares about is that the kids are happy and safe.
Steve does not care about his grades slipping, fear accompanying him every waking hour, and Billy trying to become friends with him. He doesn't care, he really doesn't. Until he does, and the world comes crashing down.
This fic is basically a mix of MumSteve, mental consequences of fighting monsters, and slowburn Billy flirting and Steve being too confused to notice
(Post Season 2)
Follow up to Sleep Tight, don't let the Demodogs bite. However, you can read this without reading the other fic.
