Summary
This is a collection of stories detailing a Wolfstar AU in which Remus survives the war and Sirius doesn't break out of Azkaban. It begins with a canon-divergent retelling of the books and then moves into the future that Sirius and Remus build together.
It's a work in progress and sometimes has multiple stories being worked on simultaneously. As such, the stories will not necessarily be posted in chronological order as more get added. I have added the year(s) in which each story is set to their description if you wish to read them that way. My only suggestion is this:
Start with "The Chronology of a Wolf" as it details the way in which this AU diverges from canon. Other than that, read in whatever order you choose.

Summary
The year is 1977 and the Marauders are sixth-years at Hogwarts. Remus and Sirius are a recently established couple, blissful in the honeymoon stage. But when a bit of hormonally-motivated irresponsibility winds up with Sirius being bitten and infected by Remus, the fallout threatens to be too much for the Marauders. Chainsmoking, self-loathing, and poor communication abound, all set to a soundtrack of contemporary 1970s music.

Sirius and Remus take up in a small and unassuming Muggle flat in Basingstoke, and if they close their eyes against it all hard enough it almost feels like this war might miss them. Post-Howarts AU from 1977–1988, First War era; the Order is never founded but the Ministry still causes major conflicts as everything escalates.
