Just another Dragon Age fic where a character finds themselves in a video game I guess?
Moria is a runner and loves to figure skate (she's no pro by any means but she's good yaknow) knows a bit about the Dragon Age world because of roommates urging her to play the game with them so she learned enough to know the conversations and dabbled in a couple play-throughs.
Karrem is struggling to be what the people want and not lose himself and even with people willing to help his confidence in them is low, he's still pretty lost.
Events are gonna be a little scattered in the beginning until I get settled into what I had planned, plus Skyrim has ruined my ability to linear plot lines most of the time.
(This is mostly because I've been playing Dragon Age: Inquisition Multiplayer and fell in love with the characters and I also love the thought of seeing background characters more so they become more important)
Code Name: Fall | Ashlynn Travers | Birth Name: Ashlynn Ariana Rothman | Birth Parents: Larissa and Nathaniel Rothman | Adopted Mother: Anitta Travers | Statues: Dangerous but not a threat to the Breed society. | If possible support, disarm and bring in. | Warning: Her appearance is misleading. If approached, do not underestimate. If she doesn't have a weapon trained on you, someone else does. (this will probably change when I think up an ACTUAL summary because I'm so very bad a these things? But I posted it for the light of my life because she said it'd make her happy)
Allanon's been doing his best to take care of well, everything lately. He didn't expect to find a freezing and confused woman wandering around the woods near his camp. Though honestly, maybe he should have with the way his life had become in the past several months. He decides that since he's already trying to prevent a war, stop a dragon up rising and joining just about every organization he'd ever heard of growing up, that he might as well add becoming a protector and mentor of the woman to the list too. Surely it'd be easier than everything else he's been involved with.
Val doesn't remember much from before she woke up in the frigid forest. Not where she was, how she got there or why everything seemed foreign, yet vaguely familiar to her at the same time. Everything she's seen since Allanon found her seemed to hold a very distant echo of memory but since that echo held no real substance for her mind to latch onto, she couldn't draw up the actual memories at all. She thought that maybe she could remember the sound of many voices singing but that too, drifted away as quickly as it came to her.
(This is really more for myself than anything else, something to work on between breaks to keep me writing)
She fell through the ice of a lake one night, felt herself sinking but couldn't make her way to the surface, couldn't find the place she'd broke through and knew before darkness washed over her that it was all over. But then she's jerked back into consciousness and manages to break through the waters surface.. Only to come out of an entirely different body of water, no where near where she had been when she went under. But that wasn't possible, right?
[Title will probably change because of my utter dissatisfaction with it but I can't think of anything else.. Plus it's a bit on the nose eh? ]
