Hank hadn't asked to be a freak of nature, the red string around his finger bleeding into purple. Society shunned him, made life generally miserable. By chance, he met Gavin who was in a similar predicament but had carved a life out for himself as a sex phone operator and camboy. Given the chance to perhaps make something of his life, Hank took up the offer of a job as an operator himself and, later on, as a camboy. Turned, out, he was good enough to get regulars, one of whom wormed his way into his heart far too easily.

“My God, baby—It’s really you, I wasn’t seeing things,” the man says, and Michael instinctively scoots back, further away from a stranger he doesn’t know who’s saying things that don’t make sense.
“Daddy?” the other boy asks, and Michael looks at him again, this twin, and thinks, Oh.
“Michael,” the man breathes, sounding like he’s going to cry. “Does he still call you that?”
“Y-Yeah, my name’s Michael, but who are you?”
Taking a deep breath, the man in flannel says, “I’m your dad, honey.”
“Daddy?” Isaac says, looking between the boy on the counter and his dad. “Y-You can’t be his dad, you’re my dad!”
Separated at birth, identical twins Michael Lecter and Isaac Graham never formally meet until a chance encounter at a twenty-four-hour restaurant changes everything.
Or: Fate and circumstance parent-trap Michael and Isaac’s two dads.

Hannibal has been lurking around for some time, always following the same young boy: Will. And when Will is alone, Hannibal decides to just do what he's been longing for. He grabs Will and locks the young boy in his basement where he alone is master of life and death. He makes it very clear to the young boy that he isn't to be messed with. And if he has to do that the violent way, so be it.
Based on the story of Natascha Kampusch who was kidnapped at the age of 10 and escaped at the age of 18. This will not follow the real storyline in some ways. This isn't meant as disrespect towards Natascha, she has been through things that some others can't even imagine.
Fleeing from the closing net of the FBI, Hannibal Lecter finds his chosen retreat borders the territory of a vicious new serial killer preying on Oxford University professors. As he nurses Will and himself back to health, Hannibal works to help Will come to terms with the new layer of intimacy in their relationship and to negotiate Will's compulsion to deliver justice without putting them at risk for discovery.
He can't recall the fall, or which of them broke the choppy waves first, but he can remember Will's hand on the back of his neck, hot as a brand in contrast with the icy water that swallows them. The ocean has a hungry, cold vastness that unsettles even Hannibal, washing them against the rocks like flotsam – and with as little regard for their autonomy.
