“You claim you are from the future,” Nedzu said, hopping onto his desk. “Do you have anything to prove this?”
Hitoshi fished around in his pocket. “Here’s my hero license,” he said, holding it up.
Nedzu opened his mouth, but Hitoshi kept right on going, producing a handful of odds and ends from his pocket. “Also a movie ticket, some dryer lint, some, uh, didn’t know I still had that but it’s old gum—“
That was when Aizawa walked in, capture weapon floating around him. “What’s the emergency?” he asked, clipped, as he kicked open the door.
“—and the left arm of a Deku plushie,” Hitoshi finished, unruffled. “My cat ate the rest.”

And suddenly everything clicked into place. His grip around the bag went slack, and fell to the floor with a light thud that barely reached his recognition. His heartbeat was thumping loud in his ears, loud enough that he couldn’t hear anything else, anybody else, and his thoughts were narrowed down to one thing.
Deku gave him One for All.

“Pull a hair out of my head and eat it.” It was the simplest, most effective way. Explanations can come later from someone other than him.
“What?” Kirishima cried in disbelief. He looked like someone was pulling a very bad prank on him. If Midoriya had the time to laugh about it, he would. It was a rather odd situation, him bleeding out and insistent that Kirishima eat one of his hairs.
When both All Might and Midoriya die at Kamino ward leaving Kirishima with a mysterious quirk and cryptic dreams, he can only move forward.

A waft of spice hit Ochako’s nostrils and she reeled back in shock. She has faced down countless villains since coming to UA. She has been in battle and in hand to hand combat possibly a hundred times. She faced Overhaul’s minions with support from her peers, but otherwise without outside help. But no villain with a terrifying quirk has ever struck her with more fear than quirkless Melissa shoveling curry made of peppers so deadly it killed an unprepared Pro Hero famous for his spice tolerance on live TV. Deku was still guzzling water directly from the sink, Tokoyami’s quirk was crying in pain as he casually shoveled more into his mouth, and Melissa was handling the spice like a pro.
Being biologically quirkless came more with an extra pinkie joint in the toes and a stunning lack of vestiges mutations. It came with smaller things, like extra teeth that did virtually nothing, exploding organs, and weird exposed nerves that weren't designed to feel pain.
Five time's Midoriya Izuku struggled with being biologically quirkless and one time it was a gift

Everyone knows that the way to check if someone is Quirkless is to see if they have two joints in their pinky toe. It's the sign that the person has no Quirk- that they haven't reached the next stage in evolution that most people have.
However, most people don't realize that there are *other* differences between the Quirked and the Quirkless, other parts that haven't evolved.
Or: 5 times 1-A thinks Midoriya is dying and/or sick, and the 1 time the truth is (partially) spilled.
