Summary
Prior to the Events of Dying of The Light, Skulduggery is alone. He has stayed in Ireland for 4 years without having a break. Fighting the forces of evil, alone for 4 years has begun taking it's toil and Skulduggery has begun losing it. Fight's in the street have become more frequent, wise-cracks have become less frequent and people have been whispering rumors about his mental stability. Whispers of a time left only in the war, is sounding in the shadows of Skulduggery's skull. A whisper that hasn't been heard for years. Skulduggery is losing it, and the only person on his mind is on the other side of the world.
