Summary
It’s debatable who’s ‘Mom’ and who’s ‘Dad’ with Steve and Tony. Lots of people think of Steve as ‘mom’ cause he’s so nice and sweet, but Steve knows what a mother’s love is like, and Tony fits it to a T. Steve uses that to his advantage.

Summary
Omega Tony Stark had always known he would marry Alpha Steve Rogers.
After Steve, better known to most as Captain America, had gone missing, Tony’s dad had devoted his life to finding him. Howard had still managed to fall in love and get married somewhere in the middle of his great obsession with finding the remnants of the plane that had crashed, with what he called his greatest achievement within it. From that marriage had come a child, and when Anthony Stark had presented as an Omega, Howard had made arrangements with SHIELD. Arrangements which stipulated that once found, if the great Captain had survived as Howard seemed to believe he could have based on some of the experiments he’d conducted over the years, he was to be married to his son.

Based on a prompt in the SteveTony discord server: Steve had thought of Tony as a friend. Actually, one of the best friends he's made in the future. Then he hears Tony telling someone that "it's okay, he's over Steve, that's ancient history now" and suddenly his worldview is flipped. Tony had been into him, maybe in love with him, and he hadn't noticed? But everything's okay, because they can still keep being friends as they had been.
Somehow, this doesn't make him feel better.
