Summary
A short drabble I had written way back in the day (long before the current Suicide Squad (2021) run and have expanded upon. So Match is partially verbal and uses Bizarro talk (as seen in the Teen Titans v3 comics).
Instead of abandoning Match and Deb during the Titans East debacle Thad escapes with them and the three find refuge in a nondescript apartment. It's focused upon Match and Thad just getting along.

...Thad let out a shuddering exhale as he stopped in his tracks. His hands clenched by his sides tight and trembling. It wasn’t the smell that made him feel sick or caused him to dig his nails into the flesh of his palms and turn his knuckles white. It was something else that twisted and writhed inside him. That forced him to stop as he tried to move forward.
He wasn’t the same boy who had once be so loyal to his family. He was no longer so naive and trusting of his father. He didn’t desire his praise or his false love. Thad knew the bitter truth and had swallowed it. He had finally accepted it and now he had so much to still do. Even now burdened and embittered and weighed down by what had been done to him and what he had done. He knew he had so much to make up for.
But first he needed to do this for himself.
His self preservation be damned he had to return. He had to face his father.

As the wind blows and toys with his long winter coat Steven takes in the salty sea breeze, he breathes in and then out, his warm hands clasp the cold metal railing that lined the port, gripping it tightly as he inhaled once more, filling his chest as full as he could, feeling ready to burst just as he felt the last few days before letting it all out:
“I LOVE YOOOOOU!” Steven yells throwing his whole body, his whole being, into the moment as his declaration rips through the air, clashing with the waves of the sea, mingling in the salty breeze of the harbor before dissipating with the flight of the startled Wingull and Pelipper that had been perched nearby.

Summary
Collection of Fics that belong in my Dispersed Time alternate universe. [Currently ordered as published; not in the AU's chronological order]
Premise: An AU where Thad has suddenly found himself alive and displaced in time. Thad sees this as a chance to somewhat redeem himself and goes about this by righting the wrongs of his family, the Thawne family, and attempts to get rid of them regardless of the cost of his own existence. In this AU Thad comes into contact with Terry McGinnis multiple times, both in a new costume and under a new alias and out of costume while attending Gotham University. This eventually leads to a temporary team up between Thad and Terry, eventually a friendship between the two young men who haven't always been good in their lives, and then maybe something more or unrequited feelings.
