"I told you that you wouldn't like the consequences of not paying me. Well, what am I going to do?" Magnus' cold brown eyes locked onto Maryse and Robert who swallowed.
"Please, we just need a little more time," Maryse begged as Magnus tsked when a bat came down to smash at the desk Robert sat at.
"I gave you a month. That's more than enough time to get me the money. Now, I got to be the bad guy." He growls, flashing his golden eyes. "I'm gonna need collateral until you decide to pull the rest of the money out of your ass." He comments with a sharp grin.
"What--What do you want?" Robert asked, trembling when Magnus picked up the picture on Robert's desk before pointing to one of his kids.
"Him. I want this one." He smiles as Maryse's eyes widened in horror.
"Please! Don't take him! We'll get you the money!" She whispered.
"Oh, I know you will. This boy will ensure that. What's the kid's name?" Magnus looked to Robert, ignoring Maryse's sobs.
"Alec... Alexander." He whispered softly as a warm smile spread across the Warlock's face...

At the riping age of Eighteen Shadowhunters are given a rune that represents an Angel who shall help the Hunter in battle, guiding them with the righteous path of Raziel’s Angels. All the angels come down to each Shadowhunter in order to personally draw on their mark.
However, when Magnus Bane had turned eighteen he was given a mark, but the rune was nothing that anyone had ever seen. No Angel came to draw on the mark which seemed even odder to Asmodeus and his mother, Ratih.
Most thought that Magnus was cursed considering he wasn’t like any of the other Shadowhunters. He tried to help Downworlders instead of killing them like he was taught to. So many of them thought the rune was from a lesser Angel who was too ashamed to show their face.
No one had any idea that Magnus' Angel was no Angel at all.
He was a demon.
The King of Edom to be exact.
Alexander Lightwood was the one who claimed Magnus with his rune.
Well, isn't that interesting...

Alec had gotten used to the fact that Magnus had been gone for months without a single word from him. He went to the loft every day to check on Chairman Meow and even stayed the night in hopes that Magnus would be there, yet he wasn't.
Alec's hope had dwindled to nothing and he was back to the closed off person he used to be despite his Parabatai, sister, and friends trying to help him out. He couldn't accept the help knowing that Magnus was still out there somewhere, somewhere he wasn't.
All that changed the day he walked into the loft like usual, calling for Chairman meow only to freeze at the sight before him. There on the chair, sipping a martini was the Warlock he had been praying for. He was sitting there with a book in his hand, acting as he had never left and with that, a fit of anger grew inside of Alec...

Alexander Lightwood was the eldest of Robert and Maryse's children, he had been labeled an Omega at the presenting age of fifteen. After his presentation of such a low-class rank, Robert and Maryse began to treat Alec more as a housemaid than a child. Alec, however, had already been the nurturing mother for his three younger siblings and always lent a helping hand whenever they needed it. A time came, and at the riping age of eighteen, his parents didn't want an Omega in their home and kicked him out without a second thought. Only for it to backfire because then the others, Isabelle, Jace, and Max, all packed up their things and left with Alec. Now they are on their own, Alec has to take care of his three cubs and so his only option is to sell his body in order for them to stay afloat. That's when Magnus Bane enters the picture and sweeps the poor Omega from his feet and takes his world by storm. Will Alec be able to trust Magnus, or is Magnus just looking for a little Omega to toy with?

A series in which it turns out Alec Lightwood is in fact the son of Lucifer Morningstar and the adventure that turns out to be.
A crossover of TV shows Shadowhunters and Lucifer in which I subvert the usual trope of Magnus being the Devil's child and make Alec Lucifer's son instead because that's how I roll.
Also in which God gets punched a lot. But not because he's mean about certain things, he just pops up behind a soldier a lot without announcing himself. I suggest not doing that.
