That and a story was what he had received from the commander, both the rock and tale now adding to the list of hollow attempts, of automatically stale gestures or apologies from the town for his exile.
He hadn’t gotten one in a while, though in a way that made sense. Hisuians’ lived in a time where they couldn’t afford to be fixated on the past, to allow themselves to become shackled to what transpired the previous day.
It was how they were able to move on.
It was how they were able to survive.
So although a few had thanked him for helping to close the rift, many equally seemed to forget about their transgressions, to act as if nothing had happened.
The town never felt the same after he came back.
Or, Rei is gifted a comet shard at the end of the Daybreak expansion by the very same man who banished him.
He doesn't forgive him.
Nooroo's been rescued.
He's finally free from Shadow Moth's control, living in the Dupain-Cheng bakery after the villain's downfall.
Yet, its not over, because even if the danger ends;
Scars still remain.

Scared. He was scared.
She knew it was of the sky, of what it’s presence only began to allude to, but he wasn’t facing the heavens right now. No. He was looking right at her.
Rei wasn’t scared of her, never was. He was more skeptical of her just being a stranger when she first arrived than anything, of her unclear motives, of her off-putting sayings and styles.
But he never feared her, and so even his initial weariness quickly melted away.
They were equals now, friends, practically family.
Yet her partner was still terrified, his tiny frame shifting from foot to foot as he tried and failed to push the nervous energy out of his system.
He wasn’t scared of her. He couldn’t be.
But the sky shouldn’t be bleeding.
In other words, Akari was exiled from the Galaxy Corps village. This is her perspective both during and after the sky turned red.
Nooroo’s not free.
He’s owned by Shadow Moth, forced to conduct his powers of transmission for his holders own desires. Yet, not much focus was on this character during the events of the show.
In other words, this is the kwami of transmission’s mindset during these events and then some, ultimately leading to his rescue.
Yet, even if the nightmare eventually ends, scars may still remain.
- Part 1 of Rescuing Nooroo
The escape attempt failed.
Both newt defectors had only just managed to drag the human ranger towards the exit before they were greeted by the king, the tyrant proceeding to hook the teen up to The Core before the entity violently possessed her. Yet, what exactly were the middle-schooler's internal thoughts right before/after the visor came down?
In other words, this is Marcy's perspective during The Core's possession process, starting from Andrias' stairwell entrance.
