  1. Summary

Charlotte James Potter spent her childhood as lonely as could be, believing it to be all she deserved. Neville Longbottom and Hermione Granger at age eleven disagreed. Vehemently.

Once she found her way to Hogwarts, she would manage to find adventure, friends, and rules that constantly seemed to control her life at every turn, whether it came from getting caught by a less-than-forgiving teacher, or far more often, Dark magic and wizards.

It was a good thing the Potters had never particularly cared for rules. Lily Marie Evans had cared even less, when it suited her.

With a tendency to eat impossible for breakfast, James and Lily's daughter was no better.

    Summary

The Sheriff gets a call at work - someone's tried to burn down his home with his son inside.

"I thought of you coming here, and finding me dead, of another burnt out husk of a body, something else fire has stolen from you, of you having nothing left to grasp but ashes," John can't even call that a whimper, it's clearly a whine as Derek's hands tighten against Stile's hips, as if his boy will shudder to dust at the mere mention of the possibility unless Derek's hands can hold him into one piece, "and that thought was worse than dying."

    Summary

“He can't blame me for the fact that I live in a building full of people united in the singular effort to ogle Hot Fireman as often as humanly possible."

Laura laughs, loud and echoing in the empty restaurant.

"Hot firemen can make a girl do crazy things," she agrees, nodding towards her brother's name on the menu. "Derek won't let me date anyone from his company, but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate the eye candy."

"Send them my way," Stiles suggests, finally loading up a forkful of pie. "Apparently I'm incompetent enough that I need to be babysat at all times, because it would be cheaper than dispatching a truck every time I try to use a kitchen appliance."

This is simultaneously hilarious and trope-y and I love it!

Because the wars took enough toll on Percy, and Zeus still wouldn't let them visit their children. Poseidon just needed to see his son.

    Summary

Changing the future doesn't necessarily make things better. It just makes things different.

Journey of the Whills is a story that began with Re-Entry (found here: http://archiveofourown.org/series/10129; see series description). It's an on-going work that has not been abandoned; updates are forthcoming.
