It had stolen her breath when she finally comprehended what she was told by Luke that they were twins, that his father was Anakin Skywalker, Darth Vader, not the kind man in her memories. Not the one who she had spent years researching, learning as much as possible about, dedicating countless hours to sketching, crying in her room alone in the dead of night wishing to see, just once. Instead, it was the one who tortured her, trapped her in place as she watched her planet destroyed, the one who hunted her like vermin time and time again.
