That he just woke up at—he checks the timestamp—6:30 am on a Sunday and decided to go absolute full nuclear seduction option on some poor boy he met on Grindr, who would now be missing out on the best thing to ever happen to him because Wei Wuxian had a bad habit of distracting—of—oh.
Pieces of last night start to resurface and paste themselves together in his head. He winces.

Summary
Lan Zhan had only ever desired three things in life: to create perfumes, to show respect to his uncle’s teachings about the perfume arts, and to love Wei Ying. Over the years, he’d learned that he could only fulfill one of those wishes at the expense of the others.
