    Summary

“I have to go!” Yuuri blurts out. As an assistant coach, he needs to be at Minami’s interviews, even if it is Victor of all people standing right in front of him.

“Wait—” Victor says, but Yuuri has already ducked away. “Yuri!” he hears Victor call from behind him.

Yuuri doesn’t stop. He’s made that mistake before – why would Victor Nikiforov know who Yuuri is this year any more than he did last year? Yuri Plisetsky is debuting as a senior, after all, and might be here at the Cup of China to support his rinkmates.

It may be the sound of Yuuri’s name on Victor’s lips, but there is no way Victor is calling for him.

(Canon-divergence. The Nishigori triplets never upload Yuuri's rendition of Stammi Vicino online. Yuuri buys himself time to decide whether he wants to stay on the ice or retire by joining Minami Kenjirou's team as an assistant coach.

Victor never hears from the beautiful Japanese skater after Sochi. He choreographs On Love: Eros because he can’t quite let go, but it’s getting harder to push himself on the ice and the cracks are starting to show.

Two lost individuals take a different route to find love and life, but they eventually get there all the same.)

    Summary

Anakin has to laugh. "I'm sorry," he says between snorts. “You’ve come here….the leading minds behind our war effort….to ask me to kriff a Separatist for...for what? The betterment of the galaxy? You want me to lie back and think of the Republic?” He calms down slowly, an occasional giggle escaping him. He wipes carefully at his eyes, delicately trying to preserve the kohl he had lined them with. “You have to know this is ridiculous.”

    or

Obi-Wan Kenobi is too good at being a Sith Lord general of the Separatist army. The Jedi Council approaches Anakin with an offer he can't refuse. These things are, actually, related.

    Summary

With a match against the Eton first eleven looming, Psmith is behaving strangely, and Mike wants to get to the bottom of it.

“That’s new,” Fossington said to Psmith, indicating the monocle.
“I didn’t think it was possible for you to get more affected Smith,” Carter sneered.
“It’s Psmith,” said Mike, detecting the dropped ‘P’. “Are you hard of hearing or just stupid?”
“Always the man with the pertinent question, Comrade Jackson,” Psmith said mildly, taking a sip of his tea.

    Summary

Believe it or not, Obi-Wan Kenobi had a rebellious phase. It just so happened that, once acquired, he never really grew out of it.

    Summary

"Obi-Wan diligently checked everything over as he donned the repainted armor. He decided to stay with the color scheme of the 212th, but he carefully edged everything in a blue that nearly matched the color of his lightsaber. Overall, Obi-Wan was pleased with the look, especially once he was able to add a cape in a coordinating blue. He didn’t particularly care for having a slug thrower at his side, uncivilized thing that they were. But he also knew that having a backup weapon in battle could be invaluable.

The Jedi had hesitated, briefly, before painting a sunburst on the chest. It was a statement, one he had considered the wisdom of making. Ultimately, Obi-Wan decided it was worth it. He was fully aware of what he was saying and doing by designing his armor to mirror Cody so.

With a deep breath, Obi-Wan stepped into the hangar, helmet tucked under his arm. It went silent as he was spotted. He carefully, purposefully continued towards where Cody waited. Luck was with Obi-Wan and his beloved had not yet donned his own helmet, so the Jedi got to watch Cody’s face. For a moment, Cody appeared frozen as if his mind couldn’t process what he was seeing."
