Doesn’t particularly want to, if he’s being honest. Despite the obligation he feels as Steve’s co-best friend to keep a proverbial eye on his other co-best friend, he’s not a counselor anymore. He’s got plenty of his own issues on his plate to sort out.

Summary
After drinking Snake Wine, poor Sam Wilson finds out the hard way that the Smiling Tiger's favourite drink is a powerful aphrodisiac. When Bucky finds him hiding in Sharon's bathroom, he helps him out - by bringing him to the hospital. The two of them spend the rest of the night in a private clinic in Madripoor while Sam is treated for the condition, giving them plenty of opportunity to get to know each other a little better.
(Canon-compliant until like 75% through Episode Three of TFATWS)
